“I encountered difficulties with a Budget rental at a different location last week. Despite booking and paying for a rental online, upon arrival at the designated pickup location, I was informed that no vehicle was available and was directed to an alternative location. At the downtown Budget office, an employee named Bacler provided exceptional assistance, ensuring I received the vehicle I had reserved. His efforts were instrumental in enabling our scheduled beach vacation departure the following day.”
“I am scheduled to return my vehicle at 8:00am tomorrow morning. However, i have to be at my job that is 3 hours away by 9am. Does this location have a key drop box ?”
“I've used Enterprise a few times and I'd give the company itself 4 stars, but this location gets 5. Yes, there can be some fine print issues if you aren't using a major credit card or have an out of state license. That's a company wide problem. That's also every car rental place ever so let's be realistic. This particular location is home to Enterprise's best ever manager Logan, who has a full staff of employees that, as long as you are respectful while you're having a problem, bend over backwards to find you a solution. I needed to use their services during one of the lowest points of my life recently, and after the way a couple of issues were handled for me during that rental, it's not JUST that I'm a customer for life. I will literally be going out of my way in the future to be sure I use this specific branch. Cannot speak highly enough about everyone here.”

“I get my oil changes done here and have rented a moving truck on occasion here as well. Every time I come here the owner and staff have always been so friendly and the service has always been quick so you can continue with your day. Prices are great and I love that I don’t need an appointment for an oil change! Highly recommend!”

Must have called Josh 3 times to rearrange my return date due to fluctuating circumstances. Other gentleman was great as well. Didn't catch his name. Recommend this branch. The guys I worked with were professional. Thanks!”
“Excellent customer service, smooth, and seamless process. Should be a five star rating however, the check engine/oil change light came on and remained on the entire time of the rental. I’m sure they would have swapped it out for me, but it seems that is something they should’ve checked/serviced prior to renting the vehicle.”

“Look, Avis itself sucks just as much as any other car rental company, but this location had some of the friendliest and easiest-to-work-with people I've met. The guy behind the counter (didn't catch his name, longer hair) made everything so smooth when I was in a panic and a rush. I really appreciate that kind of thing. It's not the easiest to park at this location, but from my experience, it was easy to get assistance.
Don't try to call customer service about anything prior to renting your vehicle, it'll only make your day worse.
If the phones are busy at the location, you may be rerouted to the primary customer service line (which is staffed by people, who I can only assume are listening to like 4 calls at a time and don't really care what you're saying if it doesn't make them a commission).”
“This is my personal go to Enterprise in the Pittsburgh area. Reason being? Their customer service and everyone working at this place has consistently provided me with the smoothest and hassle free experience.
Cam, and his entire team are ON TOP OF IT. You walk in and are greeted and immediately taken care of. I drive the extra 10 minutes in order to go to this place, small parking lot...but that is the ONLY gripe I could imagine.”

“As a PC of both Avis and Hertz, I rent cars almost every weekday from PIT, though the AVIS APP still has some improvement opportunities but the staff here are the best. Lyndsay, Stacey, Asia and Daniel are always super supportive. I am not good at names and always messed up Stacey as Tracey, however she always can remember my name every time seeing me and especially remember my favourite car and try her best to secretly keep one for me. Every time meeting Lyndsay just like seeing an old friend or a family member, so warm. Such a great team.”
