Need more cashier's. Store is great and very clean but the line is wildly long especially because they have so many employees. 3 security guards and 1 cashier makes no sense. Had awful lines Everytime I've been here.

*********Up date *******Kudos to Burlington for listening and fixing the problem .****Fitting rooms are now open .****Woo hoo ! ?fitting rooms at this location are not open .How are you supposed to buys clothes if you can’t try them on ?Prior to moving to this new location from down the street the fitting rooms were never open at the old store either.Do better Burlington .This would actually be laughable ,but it’s not .Why is management or your company not fixing this problem ?Do something !!!!

I was in at noon on a Saturday to buy shirts and pants. The prices were good and the selection was decent, but the fitting room was closed- I was told because of lack of staff. I dont know about you, but I need to try clothes on. Noon on a Saturday seems like a normal time to shop. The dozens od customers in the store with me seem to think so too. So Burlington, you wasted my time, not to mention time and expense dealing with parking downtown. Bad customer experience for me.
