Was able to witness the smiles to children's face as there picked Creation was built and clothed per their expectations. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly to all!

Went on granddaughters 1st bday. Not busy. You pay the age of child when you go during thier birthday month and get the day bear. Great experience for kids.

Very friendly and patient staff who helped my son that was having a hard time sticking with the birthday bear we had come for to celebrate his birthday instead of picking one of the other many available options.If you are looking for something specific I would advise to call the store because what the website listed their location having in stock, particularly in regards to the outfits/accessories, was not accurate.

Employees are very helpful and understanding. They recorded my voice for stuffed animals to give to my grandchildren and it was so sad bc I have terminal brain cancer. The employees were so caring, calming and sweet and went out of their way during the busiest time of year. Thank you! ❤️

This was my first time doing business with build a bear and I had a great experience! I went there for Christmas gifts for five different family members. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the process easy for a first timer!

I just love this you can get clothes for your baby you get to pick it out and get it stopped and then you can pick a heart either one that makes noise or just a quiet one my son is special he was due for a new baby because he had a giraffe that originally came from Kmart and we found more on eBay but I couldn't find any more and I thought what a perfect thing to do make a brand new baby he picked it out we got it filled and got it out before we will definitely go back to get more clothes I thought it was a great experience
