I've been with the Brown Agency for a few good years now. While I haven't met any of the agents in person, I will say they have definitely been pleasant and always helpful over the phone. I enjoy referring clients to their agency. They exceed meeting my expectations, and I'm always so quick to refer someone. Chaka is great, and Rose has been willing to help me out every chance she can. Thank you, Brown Agency ❤️

Great rates, poor post acquisition customer care. Kevin was top shelf. Chaka not so much, hard to reach, lacks urgency to respond and prefers to communicate via text or email only. No interest of getting to know and ingratiating herself with clients that could have run for 30 years given relationships and lost referrals. Can't refer to circle knowing what they may experience after onboarding is complete.

Excellent customer service. They made it easy, simple and fast. Such professional correspondence by phone and by e-mail.
