I had a loud sound coming from my front tire and was told it was something major from a third party. And I brought my car to Broadway and they fixed the problem. Only to find out it was just my lug nuts. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Dan and Matt

One of the mechanics stole a socket out of my car. I had 3 sockets in my center console when I brought the car in for inspection. When I went to pick it up there were only 2 sockets. Additionally, they wrote the current year (expired) on the brand new inspection sticker, so I had to go back and have them fix that as well. Also my car reeks of cigarettes now. See if you can get other options first when it comes to mechanic work.

My son drove up from Virginia and the car broke down in Pittsburgh. We had to leave it there and get it towed somewhere close. I was fortunate enough to find Broadway. I received a phone call and the mechanic was not quick to charge a lot of money for unnecessary work. He took the time to test the battery and alternator and determined it was the alternator. This type of business ethic and customer care is a LOST ART. HIGHLY recommended....

Was super easy to call and get an appointment to get my car inspected within a week. It is a bit tricky to find because the entrance is not on Broad St (which is the street address), so I do recommend doing a little google street view exploration beforehand! On the day of my appointment, I just dropped my car off and left. They called a few hours later to let me know it was ready and didn't need anything done. Found them to be honest and prices were great. Will be my go-to in the future.

Went to Broadway for an inspection and had my brakes repaired as well. The service was top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be returning for any car repairs or tuneups in the future.
