I wish there were more stars I could give on this review. We have worked with Brandi on the sale of two homes and the purchase of our current home. When I say she is the absolute best, that’s an understatement. Brandi is so professional, so patient so kind so real and so fun to work with. She tells you like it is And works relentlessly to do what’s best for you. My wife and I could not have been happier with our new home, and we absolutely couldn’t have made it happen without Brandi and her realtor magic. If you are even thinking about buying or selling a house, just call her. She’s so good at talking you through everything you need to think about to make the best deal. Seriously. No need to shop around. Just give her a call and enjoy a new happy home. You will not regret it.

Brandi is a top notch realtor. She sold our property within a week and for above asking. She was instrumental in helping us determine a reasonable selling price. Brandi kept us posted throughout the entire process and returned calls the same day. She remained positive and friendly, explaining all of the paperwork involved and making sure that we were well informed. It is refreshing to work with someone that not only knows the real estate market but the neighborhood as well. She took the stress out of selling our property. Will be using her again in the future!

Brandi knows Pittsburgh real estate. Like, *really* knows. She knew when we should sell, how much to ask, how to understand different offers, and most importantly how important this sale was for us. As a seller, it’s not just about offloading a house but saying goodbye to a home. Brandi’s diligence made that so much easier.

Brandi is the best! She was thorough, professional, and great to work with. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to communicate concerns or benefits we hadn't thought about. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach. She answered all of our questions at all times. Even at the end when everything came down to the wire, Brandi was rock solid. We love our new house and Brandi helped make the dream of owning our first home into a reality.

Brandi was the rare combination of personable and professional. She was our third realtor in the Pittsburgh area, and the switch was the best decision we made in the whole process (okay, okay--the house was a good decision, too).As first time home buyers, we were completely naïve about the process, and Brandi's professionalism, knowledge, and real-estate-savvy was a life-saver. Our other realtors did not express interest or imagination when it came to our particular--oh, so particular--needs and desires, but Brandi's response was as understanding as it was competent. She was not going to pontificate opinions about every house we looked at, but she was sharp-eyed and quick to point out potential problems, shoe-horned fixes, and mirage luxuries. In response to the question, "are we naïve to think that we can both be happy about the house we choose?" Brandi was adamant that answer was "yes"--and she was right! We are so happy with our purchase: we got a good deal in a good neighborhood, and we couldn't be happier with Brandi's services!
