We love Bradley Michael’s! Recently received a new bedroom set for master bedroom. Not only is the set beautiful, the set arrived in mint condition. The delivery guys were super neat and did a wonderful job of making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. Michael was very helpful in selecting pieces that fit perfect in our room. Would definitely recommend for future purchases.

We have recently remodeled our home with new furniture from Bradley Michael’s including our master bedroom and bath room, and our daughters room and installed new carpeting from them in our formal living room and dining room, stairs and hallway. We were so impressed with the overall quality, customer service, and professionalism that we incurred from them. Both Michael and Bradley were both so personable , reliable, dedicated, and focused on beautifying our home. Their show room is absolutely gorgeous and full of impressive and unique designs. I would highly recommend them for any or all of your upcoming furniture and carpeting needs.

Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.

I deal with a lot of furniture stores over the years but Bradley ******* is the worst customer service and if there is a problem with the furniture or delivery dont expect any help. He ( *******) will lie straight to your face. I have to file a law suit just to recover monies he wont pay back for furniture l never received. Never again!!!

This was our First time buying from Bradley Michaels Furniture . We were so happy with the fantastic help from Michael and Bradley . They listen and really care and give honest opinions. We were building a home , and suggestions on outlet was so helpful. We are so happy with the entire process even with Pandemic and stock taking much longer was not bad . They were great in keeping us updated on delivery. Helping to work with us all along the way. The quality is as beautiful as the furniture. Plus we got all MADE IN AMERICA . Highly recommend them , great furniture and fabulous Customer Service from Bradley and Michael the entire staff !

Because of COVID-19, it was a long wait to get my furniture, but it was well worth it. Every piece is beautiful in its own right and together the combination is spectacular. And working with Michael and then Brad was so easy. And finally, the delivery men were wonderful. They took care with each piece and moved items around till we were satisfied. It’s an excellent reason to shop locally.

Be very careful and check all your merchandise - they give you floor samples, used merchandise and over charge you for everything!!! They did our log cabin - filled with floor samples & used merchandise and things that don't belong in a log cabin. Beware!!!!!

I have worked with Brad for more than 20 years on two different homes. He is a talented professional interior decorator who can accommodate all types of style. I have an idea in my mind, but do not have the talent of pulling the idea to fruition on my own. I call Brad and he listens to my wants/needs and begins to pull furniture, fabrics, rugs and accessories together that allow me to see my idea come to fruition. And he does it time after time. I have renovated a dining room, living room, family room ,kitchen bedroom etc and all with the help of Brad. While I support Brad and have worked with Brad, I can not go without giving support and respect to Michael. Michael ensures that my order gets to me in a timely manner. He is detailed and cares about the customer.
