Do not purchase smoke products by (Laughing Buddha) from this store, a majority of them are duds and you will not be allowed to return them to the store, best bet is going to Keeping It Glassy in Mcknight for good quality product that won’t scam you over.

Beware, the bp by mt.nebo sam's club has a card skimmer on it. It charged my gf $100 and gave a receipt showing $0 and she didn't get any gasoline.

Pump was not working. After I spent 5 minutes checking that I had done everything properly and seeing no Out of Order sign, I went into the store to see if the clerk failed to activate the pump. She was standing at the counter at leisure when I told her about the pump. Her response? "Oh yeah, that pump only works on premium. There was a sign, but someone took it off." She then stopped talking, offering no further solution, like directing me to a working pump. After a significant pause, I finally asked, "Are all the pumps like that?" "You can go to Pump 4," she replied.I moved to Pump 4, which worked perfectly, but I admit I was fuming over the fact that I struggled at the first pump for five minutes without her stepping in to help. I was the only customer there at the time, and the attendant had just stood there at the counter watching me struggle without communicating with me over the intercom or stepping outside to direct me to a working pump. It's not just poor customer service; it comes off as callous.She only made a move to put an Out of Order sign on the broken pump after I made my own from paper I had in the car. I feel like she had a bad day and was taking it on customers. Don't go there if you can avoid it.

I can't emphasis enough how great not only the ATMs are (awesome) but also how great the customer service is. As an Aussie stranded without any cash in DC, Black Frog allowed me to sell bitcoin for instant cash. Customer service answered my call at 11pm and explained the process, then followed up with me the next morning, and stayed on the phone all the way through the process because verifications weren't coming to my non US phone. Thanks so much guys! You saved us a very embarrassing checkout.

DO NOT GET GAS OR A CAR WASH AT THIS LOCATION: GAS/CONVENIENCE STORE - Run by incredibly cheap/stingy owners or management. They do not refill the window wash fluid or paper towels, and the clerks are very rude to deal with. Prices in the store are ridiculously high. CAR WASH - The same management group also runs the carwash on the property. I used to use this car wash all the time, as it was convenient to my house and it is self-service, not automated. HOWEVER, I've noticed the last four times I've been here, most of the equipment is broken. The management team refuses to maintain or repair their equipment. The token dispenser has been broken for months, and the credit card readers on the machines themselves also do not work. You have to go in and get coins from the aforementioned rude cashier. In the recent cold weather, I've noticed while washing my vehicles that the "soap" and "wax" have been freezing immediately upon contact with my vehicle, so either they are no longer stocking the machines with soap and wax, or they are no longer heating the water. I've used these machines for several winters to keep the frames of my vehicles from rusting from road salt, and this year is the first year that it's done this. Not sure if it's under new management or they are experiencing financial difficulty, but it doesn't matter - I'll never go back.
