Terrible customer service. They overcharged me $125 and had no way to even look at credit card histories to be able to verify the charge or anything. Told me to talk to the owner but couldn’t tell me when they would be in the store next. Extremely poor training, employee was snippy and dismissive of a huge theft, and obviously their management and owners are lazy and don’t keep a schedule. Will never go there again and am filing with the better business bureau.

They couldn't even refund the money I didn't use for gas on my card without the receipt which I never was handed. This company can go fk trump!

I've been a customer for years. They feature good prices, a clean lot, and excellent pumps. It's on a very busy intersection, so be careful pulling out to Ohio River Blvd. The convenience store is well stocked, and it's easy to get in to buy something, then quickly get out.

If you want to get in or out of this gas station when traffic is heavy, FORGET IT. Other than that, adequate numbers of pumps.

The (assistant?) manager here was absolutely insane. She pointed out my ID had expired (I'm 30) and that I could not purchase cigarettes for my wife. So I left the store and my wife returned to get her own smokes. She was screamed out of the store for apparently trying to purchase cigarettes for me. I returned inside and asked for the store manager's number and she scream to me "I'M THE ASSISTANT MANAGER!". To which I calmly replied that I wanted the manager of the store. She then began swearing at me and saying she was going to call the cops and tell them that I am threatening her if I didn't leave. I never once so much as raised my voice to this crazed woman. I've been going to this store for 3 years now and I'm sorry to say I would sooner drive 5 miles to some place else rather than go back. Horrible...

Stopped in here with a flat tire at 4 am one morning, and the overnight kid helped me change my tire and spotted me a quarter or a coffee. I now think differently of the youth thanks to Vincent Barie! Great store!
