Courtney the store manager is amazing! She helped my boyfriend and I on an order from another store that was running late. I will spare the details, but I really appreciated her level of customer service.Also, it is difficult to find Sanrio and anime items that are legit rather than knock offs at lesser quality. Boxlunch always has high quality items that are really adorable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this store. I haven’t been here in a long time was greeted right away. Then was asked if I had any rewards and the girl I believe her name was Courtney surprised me by saying I actually had a 10$ reward I was not even aware of. I kept browsing and she checked on me again to make sure I was doing okay and finding everything I needed. I ended up with my first mini backpack purchase! Will defiantly be back for sure!

I absolutely love the people who work here. I am here regularly and I am always greeted so warmly and the people who work here are ALWAYS so helpful and always help you get the best bang for your buck when oh use Lunch Money. I swear this store is my happy place

If you're into Disney or Anime the store is worth a visit. The staff is tentative, but not obnoxious. So, you can browse in peace or with a staff member if needed. Some of the items are ridiculously overpriced. Some of the items are cheaper than other places. For example, I purchased a cookie jar $10 cheaper than Amazon and nearly $20 cheaper than other retailers. They have a few items that are difficult to find.

Great store Friendly staff Julie is so sweet every time we come she talks to my little one and always welcomes us even if she is ringing someone out she will look up and say hi welcome Love their selection just wish the company would give them more for preteens like size 12,14,16 and adult xxs or xs in the anima and disney stuff

I was going to return an item I had purchased online, I’m person at the South Hills Village Mall location. The hours online said the store was open. I arrived at 1:45pm and the store was closed, but no store hours posted on the door and the mall was open. I scanned the QR code to make a reservation for 2:45pm. I walked around the mall for an hour to pass the time until my reservation. I arrived at 2:43pm and waited until 2:58pm. No one answered the phone and no one opened the store. While waiting I had to tell 10 other potential customers that the store was not open. I waited 20 minutes to speak with a customer service rep on the phone. I was told it could take 3 weeks for my money to be returned to my account, even though the money was deducted right away. This is by far the worst customer experience ever!!

What can I say other than I love Box Lunch. Owned by Hot Topic, Box Lunch deals more on the pop culture side of things vs the music & pop culture combo that is their parent company. A little on the pricier side they usually always have deals or lunch money ($15 off $30). The staff is always friendly and fun to chat with. It's a must visit whenever we're in the area.
