I have been coming to Cost Cutters for years now! The staff is attentive and respectful, and they execute whatever hair vision you have for them. The prices are super affordable as well (I got my hair washed, cut, and styled, and eyebrow waxing for under $50). No need for a high end salon, when this place does the job 100x better. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the salon is super clean. I always leave here feeling so beautiful.
