Soumya was amazing! She was very friendly and patient and helped me set up a new SIM card after I lost mine while traveling internationally and had a horrible experience with a different Boost Mobile location which refused to help me. If you have Boost and are looking for a location with excellent customer service, go here!

This more to Boost mobile Customer service. I tried to get an issue resolved and it took over an hour on the phone to speak to a human. If you ask for an E-Mail or physical address to write a complaint they will not give you one! *** Most importantly: What happens in there stores stays in there stores Most important * What happens in there stores stays in there stores * Boost main company didn't seen to have control. Overall I have been with them for a while, but this bad experience with customer service is prompting me to change. It has been mostly laziness that has kept me there this long!

I only visited once (when trying to switch to Boost) and found this store pretty unhelpful. I was going to give 2 stars, but I'm trying to be lenient, because part of the problem was that an aspect of their online system happened to be down when I visited--that's not their fault, and their customer service on a difficult day like that doesn't necessarily indicate how they are all the time. Still, either the staff gave me incorrect information or they apply more restrictions to their offers than other Boost locations do, because they told me I was ineligible for a certain promotion but when I went to a different Boost store I was able to use the same promotion with no problem. I recommend the nearby Broad Street Boost Mobile instead of this one. On the other hand, this store was the only Boost Mobile that actually picked up when I called them.
