All these 5 star reviews from 2 years ago are true. I’ve been going to this specific store for the past 2 years bc the customer service was so great even though it’s out of my way since I’ve moved. However, the past 2 times I’ve been in, which is twice in the last month, it’s been the same guy. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Yeah, I won’t be back. The new guy running this store is terrible! He has no concept of customer service. My fiancé simply asked a question regarding our bill and the man actually started to raise his voice! I could not believe it. Maybe get a different career buddy because this ain’t it!

Good customer service at this location, but worst cell phone business overall. After using 3-major and 4 smaller cell phone service providers, I'm convinced "price discounting" is not the only strategy to retain customers. This is the only company which took 2 days, 4 service calls with 120 minutes of phone call duration, another trip to store and waiting there for an hour - just to know my account number. Seriously, in 2022? Show me another company, where you can't find your account number (not your phone number) online when you login. Great strategy to keep you chained.

So, I can Actually Say 10 Stars if I could... It's a Smaller Sore Location, but the people here Absolutely want to make you a Happy Customer and will ALWAYS help you if you ever encounter any problems. ...I've NEVER been more Satisfied as a Customer.
