Horrible. I went in with intent to purchase but wanted to compare pricing and coverage maps because my phone was shut off (don't share a phone plan people). A girl was helping me but her shift was over when some guy came in looking like he rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago, surly and extremely rude. I asked about coverage maps, he didn't know. Ok, I guess I'll continue to look it up. What happens if I have 4G when the maps are only showing 5G, what's the difference? *SIGH* I don't know (and don't care). I had to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE from the STORE, who were happy to answer that question. I asked if there were any limitations to putting the SIM into an unlocked iPhone from another carrier. No. If your phone is unlocked it's unlocked (in the most sarcastic you must be an idiot tone possible). No, actually, that's not the case. I just came in from your competitor, their SIM won't work with my phone. He continued to ignore me so I had to look that up as well. Finally, I had my debit card out to purchase when I asked if it was possible to purchase two SIMS. *Eye roll* must be nice to have two phones he muttered. You know what? I've changed my mind. Took my debit card back and went miles out of my way to purchase somewhere else. I told him to work on his customer service and he responded by telling me he's been doing all of his life. Ok bud, you didn't know the difference between CDMA and GSM carriers, I had to call customer service from your store or look up every answer you weren't capable of answering or didn't want to. You responded to everything with one syllable grunts until you wanted to attempt to insult me at point of purchase and I've been nothing but friendly. Easily one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. Find another job, preferably one where you have no contact with other humans.

I didn't even want to get them one star. They're ripping people off in the store. You're better off going online for whatever you need. They add extra taxes onto those phones&accerories and overcharge you. You're better off going online. You may have to wait a couple days, but You're getting your money's worth and a fair deal. And alot of the Boost stores is like this not just here. I walked out because I knew prices weren't adding up.

Umair was amazing and so helpful! He gave great advice and was able to fix my phone for me! Out of all the boost mobile stores I would definitely recommend this one!

Never go this store. This store should treat like muslim. If you go there you get scammed, stolen . Never trust anything whatever they told you in store. they are Muslim oth , they are negative, hateful. Don't trust this sore anyway.

I really like going here. The guy is nice and always helps me. They are cooperative and friendly and always give me a good deal and always take care of their customers. I always call this store whenever i have an issue with the cell phone or the service.
