The manager at this location is a down to earth person and good at his job. He’s reasonable, honest and very good with people! He deals with the homeless stopping in everyday and treat them just like he treats his customers. I enjoy doing business with him and boost !

The owner/manager is great. His little sidekick/religious nut not so much. I wanted to give the kid a tip for cleaning my phone case. My husband said forget it. I ask the kid what grade he's in, how old are you, thinking he might be saving for something and I'm a tipper, former bartender. The "kid" gets all snippy asking if my husband can give him my info for MY new phone I just bought. Then I realized what he was really saying. I told the owner that if he has workers who disrespect women and/or can't talk to a woman then he needs a new worker. Lost my business.

This more to Boost mobile Customer service. I tried to get an issue resolved and it took over an hour on the phone to speak to a human. If you ask for an E-Mail or physical address to write a complaint they will not give you one! *** Most importantly: What happens in there stores stays in there stores Most important * What happens in there stores stays in there stores * Boost main company didn't seen to have control. Overall I have been with them for a while, but this bad experience with customer service is prompting me to change. It has been mostly laziness that has kept me there this long!

This is the best boost Mobile store that I believe I've been in you have to stop by and see Eddie he is going to take very good care of you and make sure you get exactly what you need and sometimes a little more great attitude enjoys his job makes the whole buying experience worthwhile. Eddie and his staff are very knowledgeable and customer oriented seems like I've known him for years just overall great buying experience. In the beer near future I believe Eddie is going to be opening a cell phone repair and computer repair store right next door also so if you have any cracked screens on your phones or computers be sure to stop by and let him know and he can get you in contact with his repair consultant who can also come to your location at your convenience. If you're looking to save a few bucks and get the newest devices out you're going to have to stop and see Eddie
