Rob Jr. spent extensive time with me explaining what they would do to repair my vehicle, how and why they approach their repairs in the way they do, and what options I had to select from. Rob Jr. was so patient in answering all of my questions and did a very thorough job in explaining everything in detail. He did not once rush me through the process and really gave me time to absorb the information. Because of my particular situation, I chose to not repair my vehicle and instead trade it in, but I highly recommend this family-owned company. “I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!”

“Brought my car in after sliding into a truck and damaging the whole left side of my car. When I told John I could still drive it but it was a pain to have to climb through the passenger side, he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate quicker. They kept me up to date on the repairs and I got my car back better than ever! He even found someone to fix the tint on the front window. And they cleaned my car so well, it had that clean-car smell for weeks. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon but if I do, I’d definitely bring my car back here!”

“I had my car towed to Troubleshooters on a whim thinking I had a blown head gasket, a pretty major and expensive repair. Eric and Steve determined that it was a much less severe issue that only took about a day to fix. On top of that, Eric identified a transmission issue I was already partially aware of, and offered some suggestions to remedy it in the future when it’s a bit more convenient for me. I also got my inspections and a wheel issue taken care of at the same time. I walked into their shop expecting to drop several thousands of dollars for a repair, and I had my car back in 2 days for under $1,000. They had every opportunity to take advantage of me and make me spend thousands of dollars I didn’t need to spend, and they did not. They were honest and upfront with everything. I will absolutely be back.”

“I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!”

“I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”
