What a wonderful experience! The salesman came right up to me introduce himself and took me to just what I was looking for. Julian Nowlin was my salesman. He didn't pressure me and even let me go to another furniture place to see what they had. I returned to Bob's in minutes and purchased the sofa from Bob's! Mr. Nowlin was friendly and answered all my questions. The friend I came with was also looking for a sofa and will return with her fiance next week to buy the same one I ordered. I highly recommend Bob's! Bob's had the best price, warranty and selection. I looked at three other furniture stores. I am looking forward to getting my new sofa.

First time visiting Bob’s Discount Furniture. The store was clean, well lit and nicely organized. I was shopping for a sectional and Bob’s had several choices in a wide variety of colors, styles and price ranges. Steve, the sales associate, was helpful and very well informed on the specifics of the inventory. If my purchase lives up to my expectations I won’t hesitate to shop at Bob’s in the future.

Our sales person, Lavon was amazing. He was very attentive and knowledgeable of the product. However, I felt the website was misleading as it stated the merchandise was in stock at the location. We drove over an hour with a trailer and was disappointed we then had to pay for delivery a week later or make another trip. Overall, great experience but poor policy on merchandise availability.

Julian was very helpful and fun! We enjoyed picking out our set with him. He made sure we were satisfied and kept us entertained. He also helped us with a past order issue which was wonderful. We will be returning and looking for Julian for sure lol.

Beware!!!
-commission salesman ST, product knowledgeable, efficient
-delivery, good communication on times, little to no flexability on date
-delivery sub contractor, do not expect any white gloves or much English language, however they were efficient, assembled all furniture, was well packaged from Vietnam, no damage, removed all packaging, reasonable quality

-Horribly incompetent office staff not detail oriented, reread every proposal 2x for mistakes on price, product, delivery, total cost, everything!!!
-impossible to call direct to store 1 mi away, routed to maine, georgia, guatemala, etc few english competent
-get sales persons personal cell or U are out of luck making verbal contact with staff
-terrible business practice relative communication, all management cost saving with limited staff
-Be prepared for changes of delivery date & changes in what items will be delivered. One day complete order will be shipped, on delivery only partial shipment arrives. They do not care if you are inconvenienced by having to travel many miles, incur added expense for multiple shipments if delivery is not to your primary residence!!!
-prepare to be frustrated by stress/hair loss/etc, with Text communication & BDF response when they get around to it!

Lexi was extremely pleasant. She explianed and answers all questions . My brother told her what he was looking for and his budget. She listened and showed us a sofa that he loves. There was no pressure with her. It was an positive experience.
