This place is owned by Art and he has two older, very experienced mechanics that I'm aware of. I work very close to this place, and I've known Art for a long time - so I'll share my view. First, many moons ago, Art was a Nissan/ Goodyear/ I don't know who else - sponsored off-road truck racer. Serious. I know he was very involved in the building of his race vehicles, and racing, while he was holding down the shop. He understands a level of mechanical work like few other "mechanics" do. I doubt he would tolerate employees that were much less than excellent. Years ago, Art helped with a few very difficult repairs that he found straightforward ways to deal with, saving me a LOT of money vs. the other garages I had talked to. Then I was seduced into blissfulness by a garage closer to my house. Really warm fuzzy service, courtesy rides, a big hello. And higher and higher bills for the same work (brakes all the time.. hey, I usually get 40,000 miles out of my brakes - huh?). Finally, I got tired of going back for the same things every 6 months and being charged. So 6 months go by, I need service. I remembered Art and went there and set up an appointment. My vehicle came back fixed and stayed that way, for less money than the other garage. I just sent a coworker there who had barely made it into work. They checked out his car and told him they would not let him drive it. They couldn't believe he made it in! They searched around and found him a used part for the most expensive item and saved him a couple hundred $. They aren't warm fuzzy salesmen - they are serious mechanics. Don't misunderstand - they are gentlemen and I'd be glad to call any of them my friend. Use them if you have service you need done well, and competitively. I'm not going anywhere else. What more can I say?

Always takes forever to get work done. Don't go here unless you have a second vehicle. Prices are somewhat reasonable. Staff is gruff, but they get the work completed.

I was told to check out bestwick's from a friend. Im glad I did. They were professional and to the point. I was a mechanic for a few years and had a guess what was wrong with my truck.They fixed it quickly and did not try to sell/charge me for unnecessary parts. They even offered to take me to work while they worked on my truck.(only 5 min away, but still) my wife and I will be going there from now on!

I have been taking my automobiles here for years.. Awesome service and a friendly staff. Always ready to tackle any challenge.. I can't say enough good things about the guys who work there.. I highly recommend them and love the work they have done for me for years....
