It is a pleasant experience, and the staff is courteous, although there is a growing sense of similarity to Circuit City. As we are all aware, their fate was unfortunate.

Was the worst experience I ever had in a store bought a 75 in TV took it home and set it up and it was broke .so I tried to return it and the store manager was very rude . And refused to return it they made me buy another TV same thing broke . Tried to call the store and they . Refuse to due anything about it . My lawer will have a field day and the bbb .

If you need to recycle a tv, Best Buy is a great option. They charge $30 but you get a $30 gift card. They were very helpful and had two guys come to my car and take it so I didn’t have to try to get it in the store. The whole process took less than five minutes.

The only complaint I've ever had about Best Buy is that sometimes it's not easy to get assistance. With the high prices of their products, I'm sure they could afford to have a few more employees working. Otherwise, I could spend all day in there.

This is for a specific experience last week. I came in to look at car audio. During the time I was there, only one employee even acknowledged my presence, and that was the greeter at the door on the way in.
No one offered assistance in the car audio section the entire time. It wouldn't have been as much of an issue, except that over half of the products displays I looked at had no price tags.
Overall, a very frustrating experience, and the worst I've had at any Best Buy ever.

Good luck talking to someone in a store. My store I got connected twice to the Philippines! Needed to purchase protection plan and I have 7 days to do it, more like 4 days now. They could not find the purchase of PS5 and was told need phone number didn’t realize my son gave them his. By the 4th xfer we found my order, to tell me bc of this type of purchase I have to go in store with ps5 ! I said I don’t have it my son does. I have receipt. Apparently not good enough! I just called Pittsburgh office and was transferred again to the Philippines! Last time I purchase at Best Buy! Better off at Walmart!
