Our friend surprised my sister and I with tickets to Juliet. Quick ticket check in process. Great seats on the main level. Everyone working there was smiling and seemed to enjoy being there. Drink selection was ample as well as the snack offerings. What a lovely night!

Couldn't use our regular seats because I'm wearing a cast. We were politely assisted to handicapped seats. Wonderful service.

We experienced our first ballet and our first time at the Benedum center, this past Sunday. We took friends and watched Peter Pan. The inside of the theater is beautiful and the seats are comfortable. Everyone was amazing and the performance was excellent!

We went to see Hamilton on the last day, the last performance. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like how they have accommodations not only for wheelchair but also hearing impaired and sensory sensitive guests. Great performance.

Beautiful venue, with a lot of staff to help point you in the right direction. Only one table for merch is a bit of a bummer however. Although I don't think there is going to be a huge line for a play or something like that. The show I saw however, had a massive merch demand and the line was insane! Wish they had more restroom options also. Negatives aside if you can see a show here please do, it's an unbelievable sight to see.

Parking across the street was $40. I'm glad I grabbed it because it was also $40 down the street too.
