I called to ask if she could do a style for me. She told me to text it. I did and she kept leaving me on read. Very weird. Like why not say yes or no? I ended up going somewhere else but I see why the reviews are the way they are for this place.

When i went there the people were extremely rude and even asked why a white person was in the shop i said i was there to get my step daughters hair done and they denied me multiple times untill i requested to see a higher up or the manager they finally did her hair and she said there that she liked it and they charged me almost $20 dollars for a trim and when we got home my daughter almost ran to the rest room and she said her hair was choppy they hadn't trimmed her hair they BUTCHERED it we went down town the day and got her hair restyled and even dyed it so she ended up happy witch is a good thing but NEVER go here horrible

Horrible experience!!! My Senegalese twist didn't even last me a week!! I contacted the lady to tell her my hair was unraveling and she simply said " what do you want me to do" how unprofessional is that!!!!

Horrible experience they pick n choose what styles THEY WANNA BRAID!!!!EVEN MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY CANCELLED ON ME ONE HOUR BEFORE APPOINTMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD NEVER EVER CALL BACK LET ALONE GOING BACK😡😡
