The experience is an awesome, immersive tour through a beautiful house featuring eccentric architecture, secret passages, and themed rooms. Its incredible collection includes amazing, beautiful self-playing instruments that are still working, allowing visitors to hear music from throughout the decades. The guided tours, which are by appointment only, are led by knowledgeable, entertaining, fun, witty, animated, and passionate guides who are great storytellers, making the history fun and engaging. The tour covers the fascinating history of the house and its eccentric, interesting creator. The views out the back over the Allegheny River are outstanding and stunning. Considered a must-see and more than worth it, the experience is highly recommended for a unique, historic, and inspiring visit.
