We had a situation in Pittsburgh where a car was found not fit for its imminent return to Texas, and Chuck, Keith and the crew there got us in at short notice, did the necessary work and charged a fair price. We got home safely and we're very thankful.

Had a part replaced and they have warrenty on the repair. The part ended up being defective, so they replaced it again no problem didn't even have to mention the warrenty.
