Very friendly and helpful staff. Always make me and my son feel welcome. They are also willing to honor coupons, returns, and exchanges while other nearby locations are horrible and make you feel like a burden. So this store and the employees are a breath of fresh air.

I was treated rudely because I wanted an even exchange for a Soap holder that rusted …I did not have a receipt. They were rude and when I asked for a manager she was worse. Telling me the holder was metal what did I expect??.. after a few words the agreed to do an even exchange. Asked for my drivers license and the cashier was reading out my numbers loudly to a new employee. ? I asked that she not read my private information out, even the new employee understood that.I had to call corporate office… the corporate rep. was very understanding. Oh I forgot they wanted 10 cents to put it in a bag!

LOOOVE B&BW! That was my birthday treat to myself! Wish I could just go and blow $100 bucks in there every payday. Even my four year old wants "purple smell!" from bath & body works, and she runs away yelling "smells good!" She asks for a different 'color' fragrance every day... But they are supposed to be mine! (Whiny voice)

Horrendous management at this location. Placed an online order almost FIVE hours ago and was outright told by an employee they've been sitting on over 30 orders waiting all day long. Seen plenty of B&BW locations who are run competently but this isn't one of them. I'll avoid it like the plague going forward.

I’m an Instacart shopper, and had my first order ever today for B&BW and it’s was a LARGE order. Ginger went above and beyond today helping me find everything on this list. Her store & product knowledge were IMPECCABLE, and I truly appreciated her being so helpful.
