I was recently at this store and was asked if I wanted to pay the 10 cents for a bag or purchase one of their reusable bags since they are city of Pittsburgh and there's a ban on plastic bags. I said no, that I would carry my items, she said "just look in your couch cushions, I'm sure you can find the spare change". I said it's not about the dime, I've got plenty of those, but for some people, every penny counts. Also, they are trying to sell you a paper bag that 2 weeks earlier they gave to me for free...has anyone else noticed that? I looked in my candle cabinet and saw all different sizes of paper bags that I never paid extra for. But since the ban, they are just looking to make extra money.The whole experience kinda turned me off. I'm all for reusing bags etc, but to be so bold as to assume that for some 10 cents isn't a lot...but add that up for EVERY bag EVERY store, that's unfair. Plus just a money grab with the bags that were free just the day before the ban left a bad taste in my mouth.

I needed to purchase some aromatherapy lotion. Going into the store I was greeted and directed to what I wanted to purchase. There was a good sale and very much worth the value. The salesperson helped me complete my club membership information. Friendly customer service and no waiting in line.

Bath & Body Works so many smells So little time in this smaller store What's up with following me and 2 different girls asking me 3 times "What am I looking for?" I mean your place is filled with soaps body cream hand sanitizers & candles and such it's not like a big Home Depot or wholefoods. The bottles say try me. Let me look around in peace and sniff your goods. Welcome me is enough of a greeting thank you very much Ps I do like the products and never had such an annoying experience at other bb&w

I’m disappointed in my latest experience at this store. I frequent this store to support local business versus buying online. Recently I had a candle melt the wrapping on the candle posing a fire hazard. This is the first time I ever attempted to exchange something in years of shopping with bath and body works. I simply wanted to exchange the damaged candle for another. I was told the candle was burned past 1/3 so it could not be exchanged. Then they said I did not trim the wick. They should never assume what people do. I do trim the wicks before every burn, this particular candle had the wick close the the glass so within 2 hrs of being lit the plastic melted. Thankfully, I was in the room and noted it before it caught fire. I was able to contact online services and they gave me a coupon. I will no longer go to the store as it was an uncomfortable experience and the customer service is better online. Not everyone is out for freebies some of us work hard for what we buy and a business should stand by its products.

Nice organization, could use a bit more training for customer service as in approaching customers who may have questions or to greet them. Other than that, the store was very clean and well done!
