Hair styling and cuts by Victor are the best. I have been going to him for about 25 years and when he moved to Barettas it was a break for me as they are only 5 minutes from my house.

I wanted to say something not about the business itself. But an employee who was rude and very judgemental. I parked at the handicap spot which I had a placard hanging and just got back from treatment and was very sick and felt that I was going to throw up. I sat in my car for a few minutes. An older lady inside the shop look at me who worked there and said nothing to me. Until a lady pulled up next to me . I saw this lady was getting a wheelchair out her car. By this time i was going to pull out the spot but needed to wait till the lady was done so I would not hit her. But the worker came out of the salon yelling at me assuming that i was just sitting in my car and said she needed that spot for her client and I said I was here first but actually was going to move so she can use the spot but she continued to yell. I guess she was judging me on why I needed a handicap spot. I ignored her and moved my car anyway. But the customer never moved her car over to the next spot. Based on how rude she was, I wouldn't go there for any salon services.

What can I say! This place is top notch. As soon as I walk in I am welcomed immediately followed by an offer for something to drink. The whole team makes you feel like part of the family. I adore Liz. She is a color expert! Heather is by far one of the best salon managers I have ever known. She is smart, sweet and not afraid to pitch in to help wherever she is needed. She and her team are ALL HEART!, Everyone in the shop is always busy serving or cleaning. Everyone has superb work ethic. They are simply the best!Services: Hair highlighting

hit or miss with the customer service. they can be catty and gossipy. they cut hair pretty well, though :)

I won't be returning to Mitzi and Barretta's salon. So many other places out there to try. Not worth the price when your stylist doesn't want to listen to what it is that you are asking for.

I got a boy perm here the day of my hair was straight all in the front it’s a bit curly in the middle do not recommend coming here for a perm and they barely cut my sides so the next day I had to go to another salon to get my sides done and they even said my hair was straight also .
