This was our 2nd year having Barnes Tax Associates do our taxes and we couldn’t be happier. David is very knowledgeable and we are very happy with the outcome of our tax return. He answered our questions and made us feel at ease. Thank you!

David is extremely unprofessional. I contacted his firm in two and a half months ago, seeking advice (and willing to pay for the time). We arranged a time to speak on the phone, which David missed. We were able to connect later the same day, and I described what I need help with. I was promised I would be contacted after he had a chance to do some research. After a few weeks, I started emailing to follow up and find out when we could connect. After growing increasingly frustrated over several weeks, I began calling every day and leaving polite voicemails with my name and number. I contacted the company by Facebook as well. Eventually I received a message about how busy they are advising me to seek help elsewhere. I'm incredibly upset about this childish unprofessional behavior, and the disrespectful waste of TWO MONTHS of my time. Now that I have a deadline in a week and a half (to make a decision, nothing needs to be filed), I'm left scrambling due to the completely unacceptable behavior of this so called professional.

Outstanding service! I waited way longer than I should have to file. I had a little more than a standard file this year and didn't know what to expect. What a pleasant. painless surprise!I won't dealing with the migraines that accompany doing my own taxes anymore. These folks ARE the answer!

Had a great experience with David Barnes. He was very responsive. We went in a week before the deadline with a fairly complex return. Property sales, new job, moved states etc. he was very efficient asked us specific questions, gave us a list of data. We could have been more efficient had I sent some stuff before. But he got our return out on 4/15 and with a refund. He walked us through the return and explained the process.
