Large space. Plenty of spaces for even a crowded day. Enough seating if you need to wait for your favorite book lover to pick their next TBR. Bathrooms were clean and the cafe is in the middle of the store. Plenty of parking in the back, some in the front but can be tricky backing out.

I'm glad that this Barnes & Noble is still open and appears to still be pretty popular. This is one of the anchors of the Waterworks Mall. It's a challenge for brick and mortar stores to stay open, especially a niche store that sells books; I hope Barnes & Noble continues to remain a part of the Waterworks.
This Barnes & Noble is neat, clean and typically well stocked. Thet have a nice Children's section and a plentiful game and toy section. The music and dvd section is basically irrelevant.
The staff is friendly but scarce. They need to monitor and clean the restrooms multiple times a day because they are awful.
The cafe is pretty reliable but it looks like it's business may have slowed down now that a stand alone Starbucks has opened.
I have two additional comments. First, the tables and chairs in the cafe need a serious upgrade. Secondly, I think the store should host more events geared towards adults like they did in years past to garner sales snd reinvigorate interest. Some events could be: book signings, seasonally themed parties, midnight book release parties, book club discussions

Sometimes it is nice to browse and shop for books amongst real human beings! While B&N lacks the charm of your local bookstore, you can tell the management at this location does it's best to create ambience and to curate some interesting selections. Also - really solid selection of puzzles and games. So, screw you Jeff Bezos, spend some money at the Waterworks for a change!

One of my favorite places on the planet is a good bookstore. Granted I had past issues with Barnes and Noble years ago because they removed the tabletop role-playing games section. Well, I can happily say that they brought them back and have gone above and beyond with the selection and variety of products in the section.
This is the closest bookstore to me and I hope to be a customer for many years to come.

Barnes & Nobles is a great place. You can get pretty much any book you'd like and want to read or get a book that you have read before and then read it again! The toys they have there are pretty interesting to look at and yeah that's really it.

There’s no reason in heel that people that don’t work for Starbucks should be working as baristas. This is absolutely the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life and I had to have them remake it twice.

Having been devoid of a place to visit for books in physical form, I read all digital now, it was a very reminiscent experience to step into the ambiance that this store creates. It encourages me to grab a book, coffee, and snuggle up to read all day.

Really nice large bookstore in the Waterworks Mall. Note Sunday they close early at 7PM.Hard to understand people who complain about bookstores closing, then refuse to spend $2 more than Amazon charges. The female manager is not exactly customer friendly.
