I have been coming here for a while now. From my old car to the new one and many others from friends and family members, we all come here for any maintenances. I can not say enough great things about this place, it feels like your uncle is fixing it for you and you know that you are taken care of. I just moved to the Lawrenceville/Bloomfield area and needed a few adjustments on my car- they had me come immediately and did a handful of adjustments for my roadtrip - best auto service around. They were kind, quick, and amazing service.

I wish I could give 10 stars!⭐️My granddaughter was having car problems and Andrea was so great at getting her in and getting her fixed up!!! She was really stressed from moving, working, and getting ready to start last semester at college with family 2 hours away …thank you so much to all the staff at B&M!!!

They fit me in for a day-of inspection. I only had a week to get an inspection because I was transferring my registration and plates to PA from out of state. I called upwards of 10 different garages and B&M were the only ones who weren’t booked all the way into September. They understood my urgency and got me in immediately. Thank you!

They've been nothing but great for me! I've been taking my car there for repairs and inspections for years and received fast and thorough service every time. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and the service is fast (as fast as they can squeeze you in in their busy schedule, no waiting for weeks or so) and very efficient. On top of all, they never overcharged me for anything!
Just a few days ago I found there's a leak on the bottom of my car and they were ready to take a look at my car on the same day I called. Turned out there was a small crack in a rubber hose and they replaced the part AND the leaked liquid without ANY CHARGES (!), not even for the labor time! I'm beyond grateful for their constant amazing service I've received for all these years! Obviously I'm always recommending B&M Automotive to everyone!

Scam ethics. I called, they didn't ask for additional details, I asked them to diagnose a specific problem, and they made me make an appointment and promptly got off the phone. 2 days later, I take the car in and they won't even quote me on the work I was specifically looking for.
"I can't tell you what it will cost until I look at it" troglodyte explains to me as I was asking how much it would cost to replace the wheel bearing.
"No sir, I was quoted the hours of labor for this job by the mechanic who had referred me to you" I said, and he ranted at me about how if they fixed the wheel bearing and it didn't fix the problem that they would be responsible. However, they merely skirted around giving me a quote and simply defended their shop and methods, and when I told them that I just wanted a quote, they said they needed the VIN, "why didn't you ask for that on the phone? You could have had the parts ready."
But no, they are more interested in doing the work with spurious authorization instead of giving me a ballpark figure.
I can't comment on their work, because they were too disorganized to be prepared for my car 2 days in advance. I think I dodged a bullet.

Absolutely horrible experiences. Lied to me repeatedly about the status of my car, completely stripped the door bolts, destroyed the window mouldings and eventually I had to ask for my car back, with none of the original work done.
Held my car for 6 weeks and kept saying work will be completed “tomorrow” after week 3. They are liars and after I took my car to another shop, the new shop said they were amateurs and destroyed parts of my doors. NEVER USE THEM.

It's very bad practice in my opinion to lie to a customer. And that is exactly what they did.
I took my car in to get the battery and alternator checked. They told me it's just a dead battery. I replaced it and the same problem still persisted. When I called them back she told me they couldn't know if it was the alternator because the battery was dead. Which I feel like I should've been told before. So I asked if I can bring it back in to test the alternator for sure and was told to bring it back the next morning.
When she called me back to ask about what I wanted done the story changed. She asked if I wanted the battery changed, already did that. And said they checked the alternator and I can come pick it up. I find out they never took my vehicle in the shop to test it the second time. So now I have no idea which time she was lying and if the alternator is actually bad. She told me I could bring it in the second time and not charge me more for the service since they couldn't test it the first time. And that also changed when I brought it in the second time. Then she became dismissive and argumentative.
I am sure the mechanics know what they are doing. The customer service was below any kind of standard and I feel pretty taken advantage of.
Side note, she told me my car was out back, implying they moved it. When I walked back in the office she told me they never moved it and didn't do any service. And that's when I got the different story.
I was just looking for help and feel like I was taken advantage of. And writing a review is about the only power I have in this situation.

I had my car in for state inspection, oil change and lube and also for an electrical problem. The lites on my dashboard would go off and on and sometimes never came on. Here it was not an electrical problem, I had my car detailed a couple of weeks before this had happened. When they detailed it they pressed a knob on the dashboard it that was the problem. They did not charge me anything, if I would have taken it to some place else they could have raked me over the coals. I havebeen taking my cars for years once the dealership warranty was over. Never had a problem with any of their work.

I never write reviews this actually might be my first Google review. I cannot say enough good things about B & M! The staff was super helpful, explained everything, helped with rental, and got me in for an appointment ASAP. It was so easy from A to B ! Then the actual work was freaking amazing looks just like the day a bought it actually better. They even detailed my truck inside and out. I will never go anywhere else for body shop needs. I cannot recommend this place more!!
