Got a battery installed quickly and efficiently. 3/5 stars though because we were made to feel othered and rushed around for wearing face masks which was outright mentioned by the staff. He didn’t want to answer questions about the battery or the install and shoved us out the door. He also had another employee install the battery. So I know that’s the issue. We wear them for health issues not because we are sick.

The adult male who calls himself a manager at the Wilkins store is horrifically terrible to customers and coworkers. Witnessed in person and over the phone. I have been in this business for 22 years and by far he is the worst. Seems there is quite the in house cleanup that needs done with the WILKINS TWP store “hub” on Rt22 staff members. Calling in recently there are people answering that aren't from that store that are helpful. However the “hub” commercial staff aren’t. Always seeming to be inconvenienced and unwilling to do their job.

Had to jump start my car this morning, and I was worried that I'd need to replace the battery. Auto Zone gave me a quote over the phone within minutes and told me which location had the battery in stock for my car model. When I got there, they tested it for free! They were very busy, but very polite and fast! I had tried calling Walmart and Pep Boys, but Auto Zone was the most helpful with a more reasonable price. I'm definitely calling Auto Zone first next time I have a car concern!

It was flooding outside and my wiper blades tore up. The gentleman working was super nice and helpful and changed them even though it was raining.
