Very strange turn of events. Set a time to look at a car the next business day. Sales lady texted the morning of and said the car was sold. Following day, the car was listed for $4k more and haven't heard from the sales lady again.

Not so good! At all… I got an old 1999 Boxster paid $6,000 for it. Painted it, changed a few things but it
Wasn’t inspected. I’m a Mercedes Benz guy. And Mercedes Benz Pittsburgh in Baum Blvd are amazing! OUTSTANDING!!! I brought my car to Porsche Pittsburgh. Feeling I had to if I wanted my car done perfectly. Well… after a few weeks the lady that took care of me or received my car was gone. I got I phone call from an other person saying that it was going to be about 7,500 for the car. That it was going to be a lot money. I said fix it. Then I get an other email saying to come and get my car.. nothing was done to it. And I owe almost 4,000 and I said I thought I told you to fix it. Well next time I get the bill… with the work incomplete. And my bill was at $14,500.00… ok took me a month to paid them but I did… though one of the first check for $1,000 bounce back. I felt terrible… then I went in and paid the rest of the money. I picked my car…
1. Dirty… no one washed it. Dust everywhere!
2. The battery was death.. not working like it was when I brought the car.
3. Came back the next day.. battery still death… run it and it will work. Well is not working.
4. Manager email me constantly about payments… when I emailed him about their poor service. NEVER REPLAY BACK!
So thank you for turning me away from Porsche! I will stick with Mercedes Benz Pittsburgh!! THE BEST SERVICE!!

Porsche Pittsburgh was very pleasant to work with. Brian especially did an amazing job being completely transparent knowing that I was buying the vehicle from out of state site unseen. He texted me and provided me updates throughout the purchase process. Thank you Porsche Pittsburgh, I will certainly return again in the future for another purchase.
Edit: I spoke too soon by giving praise to Porsche Pittsburgh before receiving my delivery. Now that I received my truck and stepped inside.. I was disheartened by the condition of the interior of this truck. It has heavy amounts of dog hair and dog slobber EVERYWHERE, there are scratches in the interior panel that were never mentioned to me, and to top it all off there is a tear in the leather seat as well. The truck has a strong dog odor. I am allergic to dog hair by the way.
It has now been a couple of weeks since I’ve received the truck and still waiting on how sales wants to go about making this right… however, this is being dragged on for way too long.

I bought a car and I couldn't be more impressed by the quality of their customer service. Chelsea Holub went out of her way to cover every detail and make the experience as smooth as possible. She far exceeded any realistic expectations. Joe Valasek was extremely helpful post purchase and I am very greatful for how quickly he was to respond. I strongly recommend Porsche Pittsburgh.

I live in Tampa, Florida. In looking on the web for a Porsche 991.1, I ran across a listing for a car that met my requirements in Pittsburgh. It was Sunday so I simply put my name on the Dealers website. To my surprise Brian Daniels answered me by text. He sent me a video he personally had made about the car and started answering questions from me about the car. We ended the day with my expressing strong interest in the car. The next morning he texted me to say that, unbeknownst to him, the car had been sold on Saturday. However, he had an alternative that fit my wishes even better. I’ve owned several Porsche’s so I had a thousand questions for Brian and he answered them all to my satisfaction. So, I now am washing my new(to me) 911 Carrera S in the driveway.
Brian was knowledgeable, patient, persistent and always ready to help. I bought a lot of cars in my life but I think my experience at Porsche Pittsburgh was the best I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with was honest, straightforward and dependable. It’s not an easy thing buying a car on line, sight unseen. Brian became my eyes and ears and (at times) my brain and made me very comfortable with the entire process.

We bought a used Acura MDX on Saturday. We were treated so nice you would of thought we were buying the $500,000 Ferrari on the lot. Our salesman was Aubrey Adkins. He may be on the younger side but he knows his cars and especially how to treat people. Aubrey was not your typical salesperson, he was very patient, worked with us to get the best price and even showed us the service report on the car which indicated what was wrong with the car. It was a very relaxing experience-no pressure at all.
This was our first experience with Porsche Pittsburgh and would definitely recommend the dealership and especially our salesman Aubrey Adkins.

I purchased a used Lexus Lc 500 recently for 70k+ from this dealership. I am a long term PCA member. The car was excellent, ready to go when I arrived to pick it up (drove 4 hours). I did not get the owner's manual, the work order for sale prep, and the original window sticker which supposedly came with the car. I was assured by Kevin Lee, my sales agent, that all 3 would be taken care of so I completed the purchase and drove the car home. No problems with the car, prepped well, inspection, insurance card, etc. all good. I called Kevin 1 week later, no progress, called 2 weeks later, no progress, called again, no response . No response to a text either. I then called Joe V., the used car manager, to pursue the missing documents. He said no problem, he'll take care of it. I called again a week later "no problem, I'll take care of it". A week later without any news, I called the general manager, Mark. He was very responsive , in 2 weeks an owner's manual arrived at my home, finally. I called the service manager, Sean Brennan, myself and he emailed a copy of the work order for the car in 10 minutes, good guy. I never received the original window sticker. Bottom line, I would not purchase a vehicle from this store again. Surprising lack of customer service for a high end dealership.

Wow what an experience. If you plan on buying anything under 6 figures at this dealership I’d recommend against it. I went to purchase a used Audi from this dealership and within the first day I noticed a transmission issue. I brought it up to the sales person who told me it was probably the “auto start stop function acting up” 2 days later it got worse and the check engine light came on. Lucky me I purchased the warranty, which was denied because of how soon after the purchase the issue arrived, and that it was a preexisting condition. The car was not safe to drive so they were nice enough to give me a car that was a year out of inspection to drive while they figured out what to do. Eventually a week later they came to the conclusion they would be covering the issues between them and Audi. I was told “it was being taken care of” They told me Audi would have a loaner for me, they didn’t, so they replaced the car I was in with another one that also had a check engine light on (I’m noticing a pattern). My car doesn’t even get finished and they request their vehicle back with no replacement and tell me I should take up my qualms with Audi. Finally, my car finishes and I’m blind sided by a $250 bill because in their words “that’s my deductible” for a warranty that wasn’t even used because they sold me a car with a preexisting issue. The communication from them through the whole issue left a lot to be desired. I ended up without the car I bought for about a month and a half. So unless you are purchasing a new car from them and not a 45k used vehicle then save yourself the time and money and head somewhere else.

Just wanted to say Pittsburgh Porsche is great and my salesperson Albrey was also a pleasure to work with good guy not pushy but direct the entire staff from the time me and my wife entered the Porsche store we were treated with respect even tho we weren’t there to purchase a Porsche but were treated as we were very helpful got me in the ram truck that I wanted and the financing I wanted great store to purchase any kind of vehicle love my ram truck again VERY INVITING STAFF THANK YOU SO MUCH PITTSBURGH PORSCHE AND ALSO ALBREY MY SALES GUY ????great job

First Porsche maintenance on my panamera. It’s a little overwhelming when you have never done it before. Porsche pittsburgh and Nate in service made it an absolute breeze. Extremely kind and patient with my questions and had great depth of knowledge when explaining the circumstances. Oh and the full detail had her looking and feeling brand new! Thanks guys!!
