10/10 service! The team at Audi Pittsburgh went above and beyond to help me when I was passing through town and got a flat tire. MJ and Patrick took the best care of me and got my Audi in quickly. The car was fixed up within the day and I was back on my way. Very professional and helpful.

Autumn was a pleasure to work with. We were purchasing with an insurance payout and the patience and expertise of Autumn - with the assistance of Julie and Jake (financing) - made the process a pleasure. I would recommend this dealership unequivocally - just make sure you ask for help operating the coffee machine - it's tricky. ?

Autumn Jennings is a brilliantly patient, extremely professional & tremendous Audi Brand Specialist Concierge/ Sales Consultant. She is probably one of the main reasons I selected the 2024 Audi Q3. I went in because I realized other mid-size SUB’s had repair problems. She has an innate ability to understand a clients car needs, partner concerns, garage needs (yes the 2nd time she came to our house, we were able to fit the car in the garage)! A doubt my husband had. Being that this is a luxury car, we wanted it garaged. We were totally accommodated by Autumn. She is an asset to Audi Pittsburgh #1Cochran. She made the deal painless, was patient with our concerns, showed us the car, completely, answering ever question, & treated us with constancy, grace & respect. Jake A. did very well at the financial dept., too with significant paperwork. Very much an ipad magician. I want to thank Jessica Cupini, Sales Manager for her input & her efforts to sanction the excellent price point. I will highly recommend this dealership & Autumn in the future. You have a great employee who made the purchase of my dream car reality. So you know: I love driving the car! Thank you.

I would highy reccomend Emily at Audi Pittsburgh. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the purchase. She mde the buying experience seamless and stress free. No pressure or hard sale but lots of personality. We love our new Q3 and would purchaes another car there any time.

My recent experience at Audi Pittsburgh service department was excellent, as always! My car needed some work done that was covered under warranty but required a third party surveyor to review and approve. This was going to lead to delays as we waited for them to come out to look at the vehicle so Dave let me know right away that I could keep the loaner I had in the meantime. He called 2 days later to tell me the work had been approved and he would order the parts. Later the same day, he called to update me that a couple of the parts were back ordered and he would update me as soon as he had estimated dates. A couple of days after that he called to notify me of the estimated date and knowing now that it was going to be a little bit, I asked if I could get into a bigger loaner to accommodate our needs. He said there was a Q7 loaner but it was being used so he would grab it for me as soon as the current customer brought it back. Two days after that, Dave called to tell me the parts came in earlier than expected and my car would be ready by the end of the week. The next day he called and said it was ready and I could stop by at my convenience to pick it up!! I’ve never had such wonderful communication from a service department and it was greatly appreciated. Dave did a great job of keeping me updated and doing what he could to make sure we were comfortable in the meantime. If everyone communicated as well as Dave and went above and beyond for their customers, the service industry would be in a much better state!!
