The gentleman was kind, however he had little to no interest in putting forth the minimal effort required to solve my issue. I was porting over 2 devices. Had 0 issues with the phone, but the my watch and tablet did not port over correctly. My watch just needed an ESIM card instead of the SIM that was sent to me. He told me to call customer service. The tablet issue is rather involved so tech support will be needed.Ended up going to the Brentwood location the next day and the lady had my watch connecting to the network with 5 minutes. Scanned an ESIM card and changed some settings on the AT&T end. The gentleman at this location told me that's what needed done but apparently he couldn't spare the 5 minutes to do it.Hopefully this is not the case with the rest of the staff, since this location is where I would like to conduct business

Revelations 20:14Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the AT&T Store at South Hills Village. If you want a miserable experience and a day wasted, go to this store. We started a timer when we walked in: 1 Hour and 38 minutes later, we gave up. We attempted to pick up a paid in full order for a phone upgrade, then were told the account was locked and there’s nothing they could do. “Try calling fraud customer service”… well, we did that and were told the account isn’t locked. We then waited another half an hour for someone to help us and were once again told the account is still locked and there is nothing they can do.The smugness, ignoring of customers and rudeness by the associates and manager was beyond belief. There was no care or solution oriented approach, basically we were blamed for what was clearly AT&T’s issue. We walked out without the phone and no resolution.I beg of you - don’t go here. Order whatever you need online and activate it on your own. Go on YouTube. Ask your technology friendly nephew. Anything. Do not step foot in this store if you value your own self worth and happiness.

Either most employees (in store and online) do not know what they're doing or AT&T is running a giant racket; ripping customers off by over-charging and adding services without the consumer's knowledge. I am making a BBB report.

There were no customers in the store, two employees. I went in and asked if I was interested in upgrading a couple of phones on my plan and hopefully lower my bill. They told me it was not possible to quote me without having the phones with me, and that upgrading to new phones would raise my bill. So I guess I’m changing providers. I’m on a wireless carousel changing carriers every two years

Sat here for over two hours waiting to be addressed with my phone issues and been told multiple times someone will be with us shortly. Then proceeded to watch customer after customer who came in after us immediately get taken care of while sitting here. As if we were invisible. Finally got a representative to speak with us and basically was told they are aware its their fault, my phone should be available to unlock and they dont know why it isnt and suggested i go buy a new phone because they cant unlock my paid off and perfectly functional phone. Ridiculous.

I went to buy a phone at the South Hills Village Store. All I wanted was a new phone. The salesman spent one-half hour trying to sell me everything but a phone. Then, he finally told me that they no longer had the phone I wanted in stock. After one-half hour. I left and I will never return to this store again.

If you have AT&T as your phone carrier - switch now. God forbid you have a loss in your family like we did, they will try and FORCE you to pay their debts. They cancelled our cellphone service unexpectedly, this corporate store didn't tell us that removing the deceased's line would remove our cellphone insurance (of course my phone had to break after, so now I am without a phone at all), and have shown us the worst customer service we've ever seen. They don't care that you're grieving, all they want is money.Legally, no company or entity can force you to pay someone else's debts, but AT&T held us hostage. We couldn't even call their customer service line from our suspended phones. We've missed critical doctor's phone calls, lawyer communications in relation to our deseased mother, work calls, etc.Do not use AT&T, they have no qualms with screwing you over the first chance they get.
