I had to order a bed in a hurry and couldn’t make it into the store. I contacted Richard Berdy and he was able to help me over the phone. He offered great customer service and a very fast turn around. I will happily refer customers to Richard at Ashley Store on McKnight Rd in the future.

We had a great experience shopping for a sofa. Mark was our origional sales rep and he was very cordial and knowledgeable, however, we had to come back another day and unfortunately, Mark was not there, so Rachael helped us. When we were ready to pay, Rachael was busy with another customer, so another rep helped ,Maryanne, and she was awesome. They all do work as a team and that really makes for a great customer experience! As a follow up, we returned again to buy a dining room table, and as always, we had great service, especially, Mark.
