Larry was very patient and helpful as I decided between different color combinations for my sweatshirt order. After I paid, he wrote me that "style 18000 in Forest Green is out-of-stock, so we need to switch the style to PC78 color Dark Green with no change in cost, there is no change in quality." I agreed.When the sweatshirts arrived, I noticed that they were a different brand and cheaper style than I had ordered. I emailed Larry about this, and he said that "The difference of 0.4 of an ounce is equal in weight to 2 teaspoons of cotton which in fabric terms is negligible and cannot be detected: so the products are absolutely similar in quality," and "the difference in cost is $0.94 less 21% discount, so we would offer a refund of $.74 each x 50 items = $37.00." Negligible or not, Larry lied when he said there was no difference in cost or quality, and he tried to keep the extra $37. ($37 is not "no change in cost.") Also, no one outside the industry can be expected to know what styles 18000 and PC78 mean.It would have been different if he had been honest about changing to a slightly cheaper product, and refunded the difference up front. In the end, Larry did refund the $37. But he tried to cheat me out of $37, so I cannot recommend him.Edit: The company now says that "examples and links were reviewed and approved by the customer in advance and in writing." If Larry can provide proof that I approved a reduction in quality and cost and was perfectly happy overpaying by $37 for an inferior product, I'll delete my review.Also, I did include in my original review that Larry eventually refunded the $37 difference. I should not have had to ask for that money back. He should have refunded me as soon as he switched the style.

Artrageous Embroidery has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST PRINTING business that I have ever dealt with. For 12 hats that were not the ones I ordered & never received a proof of, & 42 shirts of which I never received 12 of making it a total of 30 shirts & 12 hats my bill was almost $900. They sent me a proof of 1 shirt, & I explained some concerns about the microscopic lettering they had chosen. Larry from Artrageous service center informed me the fonts used in the design were ridiculous, but instead of making those ridiculous, microscopic fonts bigger like I asked, so people could actually read them, Larry took it upon himself to make them smaller, & after making changes, of which was never proofed, knowing that going totally opposite of what I had requested & in writing via email, was unacceptable & very unprofessional. It took them 4 months to totally screw up, short change , & obliterate my order on top of their outrageous price! You cant imagine the disappointment when I opened the box. These shirts & hats were for my business customers as appreciation to their loyalty & a symbol of the pride we put into building their projects. LARRY told me I was beat! He could care less about my customers, who paid for the blunder that he shipped me. DO NOT, DO NOT USE ARTRAGEOUS as your custom t-shirt or hat embroider!! My RATING IS NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!

I'm only giving one because there's no star. This is the worst tshirt company in the US. Do not use Larry. He his very rude and will not deliver on time. He gave a guaranteed delivery of Friday for shirts to be used on saturday. This was his response after I was upset about the disappointment.
I told you what happened, if ups does not pick up the package, it's not our fault!! If you don't want it for saturday, then we will cancel entire the order and you will have nothing!! Your choice.
This guy is the worst.

This is the first year we used SewArtrageous for our organization's apparel. Larry was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and spent time with me on the phone working out the best way to put my vision into reality. He was very knowledgeable about his products and color coordination. Everything was delivered on time and the quality of the work and the prices were great. We did order multiple style shirts, so the shades of grey varied slightly, but he did inform us of that, so it was expected. I will definitely recommend this company to other organizations and be using them for future orders.

Like every review states below, I also had a horrible experience with Larry. My company needed a single black hat with a rhinestoned logo that was made up of a simple serif font. My first email to this company stated, "Hello,
I'd like to get a quote for how much it would cost apply the attached logo to a single black twill hat in ss-10 crystal rhinestones.
If you have any questions please contact me via email.
Thank you"
Larry's response was as follows, "Aaron,
Sorry, this font style cannot be converted to stones for placement on a hat.
Thanks, Larry"
No proper explanation or suggestion to make the plan work. When you go to a company, you expect them to be the experts of their craft and you rely on them to suggest alternatives, if your initial plan is not doable. What transpired after was a long series of back and forth emails where he states nothing helpful to us.
In short, I'd look to a different company to get your project finished.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
There are two different numbers to call.
The same guy answered both numbers.
He claims that they have 49 locations in different states
and that he is the only person that answers the phone for ALL OF THEM.
Was extremely rude & unhelpful. VERY unprofessional.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "COMPANY" TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.

I ordered a dozen t-shirts and the quality varied from shirt to shirt- no two shirts looked the same and some were quite poor. The same design produced on the same computer and the same type of file looked completely awful on a different type of shirt- and Larry argued with me for hours saying that it was impossible and that it was my fault. He quite literally said that it was "impossible for shirts printed from the same design to turn out looking differently." Ahem, I beg to differ and can offer photographic evidence. He refused to refund my money or replace the shirt- terrible service.
