I setup an appointment here based on the google reviews. They were not wrong. My first attempt at the test didn't go so well, so the gal performing the test gave me a bottle of water and had me hang out for 15 minutes. She was so nice and chatty. I think her name was Latasha? It made the whole process miles above anywhere else I've visited in the past. Hopefully I won't need to come back in the future, but if I do I will definitely choose this place.

The lady at the front desk was so personable and sweet. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable while performing the test! I forget her name but she had blue braids… she needs a raise because she is such a professional but also an angel!

I went to ARCpoint Labs on 10/12/23 at 12:15 pm and it was an extremely welcoming, organized and clean environment. Both of the women working greeted me with a smile and kindness. They were both very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend this place!
