You will have to hound them until they give you status updates on your project. No project management or clear communication regarding status. If I hadn't called on the last day of the expected lead time, I am unsure that they would have ever let me know my product had been received. Not professional and I would advise against.

Very poor customer service from the salesman and from the company president who refused to make good on their promises. Make sure to get EVERY quote in writing from this outfit. Do not trust their phone quote. VERY disappointed in all aspects relative to their poor customer service! They evidently do not care about the "little guy".
