When you walk in the store, they don’t welcome you or see if you need help. They don’t even help if you need help with dressing room so it made me feel like even if the things that I picked outfit I didn’t want to purchase them.

Mia was excellent. She greeted me as I walked in, and was extremely helpful with showing me their beautiful selection. Not only was I impressed with the staff, but the entire boutique is gorgeous with plenty of variety for all shapes and sizes. Shopping here was such a pleasant experience, I will certainly be back!

I stopped in potentially shopping for a birthday dress with a range of $75-125. As I walked in I was not greeted. The employee was asking others if they were finding everything okay and I was still not acknowledged. Maybe a minute after, two white girls walk in and are greeted with “hi, welcome in” and that was my sign to leave immediately. There is honestly no other conclusion to draw other than they are discriminatory since I was the only black girl in the store and only one not greeted when they saw me or taken seriously when I’m dressed about the same as them and whatever else.I saw one dress that I actually really liked for what I was planning but I will not come here again and will probably just order off of ohpolly or elsewhere. Absolutely pissed me off.

The cutest most unique pieces. Affordable prices. Every time I have shopped in store I have had very helpful associates. I would rate higher if not for the following things: 1. Better size and fit descriptions when shopping online. A fit video description would be great. 2. Not offering mid size or plus size selections. It’s 2023 make shopping here for everyone. The models pictured are stunning. But it’s hard as a petite in between sizes gal to imagine the piece on my body.

Apricot Lane is my favorite boutique in the area - their local shipping is extra quick, the selection is regularly updated, and well-priced. The store itself is so sweet, and I love supporting entrepreneurial women. I have a number of things from Apricot Lane and love them all. My only wish is that they had more diverse body types modeling their clothes.

Very stylish and up and coming boutique! Four stars only because it is a little pricey, but the quality is good and that is to be expected when shopping in Shadyside. I will be back.

Today was the first time I shopped in-store as I normally shop online. Sadly, I won’t be returning at all after today’s experience. I ordered a jumpsuit online that I planned to wear to an upcoming event. I couldn’t get it past my thighs. Being familiar with the return policy, I immediately placed it back in the bag to return it when I had some free time. I found two new items while in store that I wanted to purchase. When I went to check out, I was told I couldn’t get a full refund because, “we would never put a tag on like this”. I was initially confused (because I wasn’t asking for a refund) but was able to gather that it was being implied that I had removed the tag and put it back on. There isn’t a soul on this planet that would label me as dishonest or sneaky. They weren’t willing to explore any other possible way the tag could have been “improperly” attached to the item because they aren’t human and mistakes aren’t made there. If you choose to shop here I recommend always going in-person to avoid being made out to be dishonest. Unfortunately for me, there’s no way to prove I didn’t tamper with the tag at all. All I can do is discontinue spending money here. *Reiterating the policy was unnecessary and implying the item wasn’t returned the way I received it IS in fact calling me dishonest*

I really love this boutique. Every time I go in I manage to find a couple cute pieces, which is hard to say for some other boutiques. The quality of the clothing is very good. It is a little on the pricier side but that's understandable because of the quality you are receiving. The workers are always so friendly. If you are shopping on Walnut Street you have to stop in here!

I adore this boutique. The inside is super trendy and the clothes are very unique. Every single time I come here there is a new selection of clothes. This could be a good and bad thing. It's great because every time you go, there will be new clothes. Although, if you are looking for something that caught your eye a couple months ago, you probably will not find it. There is a very wide selection. You can find everything from jeans, to earrings, to dresses and they are all SO cute! The first time I shopped here, I found the perfect full length silk jumper for a summer wedding. It was extremely comfortable and I received so many compliments. Today, I found a dress for a wedding I will be attending in October. It is this super cute short green velvet dress. It was even 75% off and only came out to be $14.00. Because it was on sale, it is final sale and can not be returned. The employees are extremely helpful. They dress in the cutest clothes. The store over all is very clean and all of the clothes are displayed in a easy to see way. The fitting room area is huge. I believe there are 6-8 rooms, plus seats for all the men that don't want to look around! All in all, I always recommend this boutique to everyone and am sure to stop here often!

The store is centrally located--can't miss. Olivia was super quick to greet us and tell us about their seasonal sale of 25% off. Prices were a little bit higher than I wanted to pay, but my friend got two shirts that came out to 38 with the sale!! Highly recommend for party or going out attire.
