“We needed a new washer and dryer. My wife and I went to multiple stores and did some online research to figure out what we needed and get some price points. We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with him and going over a few things we were told by other stores salesman about some products, it was a clear we found the store where we wanted to spend our money. They had the best overall price for the washer and dryer we bought. Easy no pressure purchase, and easy quick delivery! Definitely top of our list for any future appliance purchases! We went with the GE Profile Washer (PTW700BST0WS) and Dryer (PTD70GBST0WS)Set! So far they are working Great! Thanks to Dormont Appliance and Wayne for a great experience!”

“Houston-Starr is the best in town! Ask for George, well knowledgeable. Even though I tend to be a bit picky, he brought my vision to life! Literally took a kitchen that I could not stand to a kitchen that I love! was referred to them by a my 30+ year, contractor. I think they are the best value in town, I cannot be anymore pleased. They kept in contact the whole time, ordered more parts when needed and provided me with top quality products. Cannot say anything bad. Thanks so much again. “Jessie was great, I was returning items pass 90 days, she stated I could but, I would get store credit or gift card. Deal! I was thinking I was not going to get anything. I went to returning it went back on my discover card, even better. However, I did see someone try to return an empty can flex seal. That was very funny. The woman a great job of keeping it together. “I rent, and my landlord purchased the new fridge from them. However, it was me who dealt with them. I initially had problems with the fridge 3, but they sent the gentleman out promptly to find out what the issue was, he found the problem immediately, had to wait for the part to come in, but he had no control over that. Forgive me for not remembering their names, but from the 2 guys that took the old fridge out for FREE and set up the new one, to the 2nd gentlemen that came out to repair, he also was the same gentleman that fixed my stove. They were all courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable about the situation. They didn't leave a mess in my home. Thank You.”
“If you need to recycle a tv, Best Buy is a great option. They charge $30 but you get a $30 gift card. They were very helpful and had two guys come to my car and take it so I didn’t have to try to get it in the store. The whole process took less than five minutes.”

“I ordered online and only needed to pick up my order. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. Picking up my items was also a breeze. I was directed to the appropriate area as soon as I entered. The cashier who checked my items out for me went and got a cart for me after my transaction. My items weren't so big that a cart was necessary, so I didn't take him getting the cart for granted. I had items that were merely "awkward" to carry, so I appreciate what he did.”
