Very poor service: I asked a staff that I wanted to try AirPods, and she told me that someone will be with me soon. After waiting for 10-15 mins I went back to her, and she said that everyone is busy. She should have been upfront about it in the beginning itself and not made me wait!!

Went in to pickup a macbook pro real quick. The associate said someone would be with me and then I got to stand around for 15 minutes or so until I decided to go get it from best buy

Hovered over the VR headset display table for +10 minutes. The whole time 4 employees stood at the table next to me hamming it up with one another. As I started to leave a couple of young teenage girls walked in. Of course they were barely in the door before one of the blue shirt gang was eagerly offering them a demonstration. Nice choice geniuses.

Completely dissatisfied with my order that was supposed to be delivered today then was rescheduled after my device was already in Kentucky having passed review. Now it’s back in China. How are you going to take someone’s order for someone else! Especially when they can see the tracking information! This is almost as bad as Samsung services! I honestly don’t know if I want to continue being a customer.

The employee was so rude and unprofessional. The way they talked to me seems to be blaming me for not backing up my phone before going to the store.Also although I told them I need help transferring data after my purchase, the employee left when it was not 6pm yet, half way during the transfer process, because she is off at 6:30pm.I don’t want to mention her name here, but will never come to this store again.

Bad experience with the staff 2 times. Pretty rude, did not bother themselves to ask my name and put it in the waiting list and when I was trying to figure the situation out they responders rudely.

The whole experience with this store was great. Honestly, the first time there I was quite overwhelmed because I wasn't expecting so many employees and so many people but everything was efficient and rather quick. I brought my Mac to change the battery and you'll need to schedule an appointment for it either by calling the Apple support or going on the website of the store. The employees are like working ants, always moving and helping.I left my Mac on Thursday and was told it'd be ready by Tuesday but it was ready by Saturday!! The whole process was easy. I also knew how much I was supposed to pay because the apple store website allows you to get a free estimate based on what you need.The only thing that can be a bit annoying is that it really is always busy and it can get a bit confusing inside the store. It is pet friendly so don't be surprised to find a couple of dogs hanging around.Really nice sore overall.

People in this store are mostly helpful. Unfortunately, some of them are not that helpful not because they want to, but because they lack expertise. Getting a new phone and setting up here could cost you three hours. No joke.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. The employee made me purchase additional iCloud storage to transfer data from my old laptop to my new, but NEVER synced the data and erased it all…. Lost 2 years and an entire degree’s worth of information over their careless employee. They do not compensate you in any way possible. Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR away from Shadyside Apple, unless you want horrible service and data loss because the employees aren’t well trained.
