One other aspect that impressed me about Andino Towing & Mobile Mechanic was their prompt and efficient service. When my car broke down, I was worried about being stranded on the side of the road for an extended period of time. However, the team at Andino Towing arrived quickly and worked efficiently to get my car loaded onto the tow truck and transported to the repair shop in a timely manner.

Talked to the owner throught text message, agreed upon a price of $120 and said he would have a truck out on Sunday, as he did not have any flatbeds available Saturday. On Sunday no one showed up, no one contacted me, and I tried to both text and call, getting no response.Service: Car towing

Steve and his wife are the best!! My son (17yrs) got aflat on 376E. I called 10 places and sat on the side ofthe highway for 2 hours before I googled one moretime and found Andino Towing. It was 11:30pm andSteve was at my car within 20 minutes and tirechanged within 10!! I couldn't have been morethankful for him. Very efficient, reasonably pricedand friendly. I ended up with a dead battery in Coraopolis and my insurance sent Andino Towing to help me out. They got to me pretty quickly and the driver they sent was able to get the battery replacement for me in no time so I could head up my work job,Thanks so much!

I called and spoke w Jay the mobile mechanic and was supposed to get my car towed to his shop for fixing, he took my car keys and left my car parked out front for TWO WEEKS, and every single time I called there was always an excused as to why the car hadn't been towed or empty promises. I have been out of a car literally an additional two weeks because of Andinos. After the two week mark I broke down and asked for my key back so that I can go to another mechanic, and he looked at my husband dead in his eyes and said "thank you for your business" after keeping our key hostage for 13 days and NOT SERVICING THE CAR. Don't waste your time.
