I needed a renunciation notarized and was having difficulty understanding what the lawyer needed me to do. The young man at the counter was super helpful and nice. He sounded like a lawyer on my side. In the end, it was only $12.00. Thanks for the help!

Middle aged, short red haired woman working was cold, borderline rude, and very impolite. No hello. No how ya doing. Just asked what we wanted and kept completely silent during the entire transaction. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. She told me to email the insurance info and when I asked what the address was, she said it's right there and pointed to the glass in front of her to a tiny little piece of paper without even looking up from what she was doing. Couldn't even be bothered to look up. No smile. Nothing. No goodbye when we left. No have a good day. Miserable. Go here if you want your day ruined.
