My experience here was great! Everybody from the scheduler on the phone, to the medical assistant, Omega, to Dr. Li, were all so kind and caring to me! They take the time to get an accurate medical history of you and find out which testing would work best for you specifically. They listened to my answers to their questions without judgement, and also listened to any of my concerns with nothing but care in their eyes. I would and will recommend anybody to go here for STI testing and to take a look at all of the other things they have to offer as well! I also got an appointment very, very quickly after requesting one, that's always a plus!

Dr McBeth and the rest of their little treatment team will make decisions for you with no communication whatsoever. She also stopped prescription for Suboxone because I relapsed and then miraculously my urine supposed tested completely clean and now her Dr license was at risk.I had was told they are no longer comfortable prescribing or treating me and I had to find another provider for my medical issues. The staff there are cowardly and unaware prejudiced people I do not appreciate having my medical information just shoved around anywhere because the treatment team doesn't like me.

I got blood tests about a month ago with multiple things flagged as abnormal, and have called multiple times and left multiple messages and no one has gotten back to me to explain the results. I will be finding a new primary care doctor. It is horribly unprofessional and reckless to treat patients' health like this

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Mcbeth did nothing and billed me $96.73. They lost the urine sample on top of this, so i had to go back in to redo the test. Terrible experience and no one answers the phone either lol i’ll go to mcdonald’s next time for my urine test

The case managers play favorites here. Anne Marie Miller is a liar and she blames everyone else but herself. I will no longer be using this agency. I have been going here for 26 years. It is a shame that one person will make a person change his or her mind.

Ashleigh Garcia and every person I've encountered at Allies is absolutely incredible.They are the best medical providers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.They take time to listen and actually get you the help you need for whatever the issue might be.I'm so beyond grateful for them and I hope each of them gets the recognition and respect they so absolutely deserve ?Thank you all!

Alan and Braeden have been nothing but kind, easy, and accommodating. Very informative, very quick, Braeden especially went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about coming here, they are awesome.

Incredible experience. Went in for free STI testing and the staff was so welcoming and patient when explaining the procedures. Highly recommend and I will be back for future screenings.

I started going to Allies for STI/D and HIV screenings and had wonderful experiences. At one point I needed further care and was paired with Ashleigh who was instantly the perfect match for my character type. She's light hearted, down to earth, and tells you like it is. Throughout my life, my PCP's have always been skeptical when I tell him what I *thing* is going on, but Ashleigh is always quick to hear what I have to say and consider it as a valid option. I've never felt safer or more validated with a provider. Allies has always been a clean and well organized place, that works to make your appointments as timely and convenient as possible. I can't recommend them, their staff, or more specifically: Ashleigh, enough.

First and foremost, Allies has been a godsend for me personally. Ashleigh and Braden are who I see regularly. Both have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and address any and all of my concerns. I feel comfortable discussing anything with them without fear of judgement or embarrassment. They also have great mental health resources available. I highly recommend Allies to anyone and more so if you are LGBTQ+ and want a place where you’ll feel comfortable. Plus the staff overall, from the nurses, to the front desk, are always personable and friendly.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to share what a great place this was! I went there today for an STI screening, and the staff was super kind and helpful. I have had bad experiences in the past with other STI screening centers, but this place went above and beyond to help me! I met about 4 people throughout my visit there and every single one of them was super nice. If you need free treatment for STI's this is definitely the best place to go in pittsburgh. Thank you so much, Allies!
