Edit: You said the damage that was on the top of the car was there, which yes there was a dent there. But you admitted there were no cameras that could see the passenger side where the scratches were. And you then called back and said “yeah they still won’t do anything because there’s a sign saying damage isn’t our fault”. Really poor customer service. And super shady business practice to make someone sign something denying fault before seeing the footage.Had my car and a friends car scratched badly by the car wash. Filed a claim and they said their cameras show the damage was there beforehand which I also have camera footage from just 30 minutes before and it wasn’t there. Then they said it I wanted to see this footage I first needed to sign something saying they weren’t at fault. So even if I watch the footage and find them to be at fault it’s too bad because I would’ve signed something saying otherwise. I wish I would’ve read the reviews of other peoples cars getting scratched before going there.

I visited the car wash and was highly impressed. The service was lightning fast, and my car came out squeaky clean. They offered a variety of car wash options to choose from. The staff was readily available and eager to assist. What amazed me was the complimentary vacuum cleaning with no time limit – a huge plus! They also provided free cleaning towels and extra products for added convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

Have not tried this place yet. I am a mailman and since I have had to deliver next door and to the wash, I've witnessed employees scrubbing cars with a soft looking pad on a pole and some sort of soap or wax before the car enters the wash. It appears they put a little of their own elbow grease into areas to really clean them. I will have to try when I'm around with my own car and update. But I guarantee it's a better wash than running thru somewhere like sheetz or getgo and I get out and instantly see a bunch of missed spots and dirt still on my car even whwre the machines rollers were hitting.

Never leaves my car half washed on the bottom, gets the tires well, and the dry rags and free vacuum access is so worth it. I drive through as often as possible. Only complaint is they put cars entirely way way too close, and it's concerning they might actually bump each other. Otherwise, it's awesome.Service: Auto detailing
