We had Tom and his crew put in a brand new kitchen for us this past summer. We are very happy with the job. I have so much space now. We think it's beautiful. Tom and I would disagree on some things, but believe me Tom knows what he is doing. His crew were the best, when they were done for the day everything was put away and swept up. Can't say enough about Tom and his crew. So happy we found him!!!

Just want to take a moment and leave a glowing review for Tom and the entire crew at All-Star Custom Kitchens. It took us a long time to find the right contractor. After a number of construction company estimates and meetings with interior designers, we found Tom. He gave us by far our most complete estimate, design, and drawings to help us envision our kitchen, which involved removing an entire wall as well as eliminating a half bathroom. This accommodated an almost completely new floor plan which tripled our kitchen size and moved our dining room. I honestly can’t think of any criticisms throughout the whole process. Tom was honest and fair, the project was completed quickly to the highest of standards, and the cabinets we ended up going with are perfect. There were also multiple contractors Tom helped collaborate with including custom wood to match our existing 1940s floors and a tile backsplash that is just exquisite. All-Star Custom Kitchens is the best. The work they did was on budget and completed ahead of schedule. This was a big job. They did the job they said they would do, and were a delightful crew to have in our home for the duration. Also, they gave us terrific subcontractor referrals, were on the nose with estimates, and handled or gracefully worked around the scheduling for everyone who needed to come in. This project's scope included flooring, countertops, electricity, tiling, custom cabinets, carpentry, plumbing, and gas. I simply cannot believe they got everything done on time, but they did. Also, from signing the contract to the last day of follow-up, the crew was clean, courteous, and diligent. If there was ever a question or unexpected challenge, Tom the owner was there to walk me through it and advise me. He treated his workers with kindness and respect, and they all treated our home the same way. Tom also likes to tell stories and get to know his customers, and is very approachable and forthright. Probably the best contractor we have brought into our home. His team was courteous, hard-working, and skilled. They kept their work moving on schedule if not ahead of it, and their installations are top-notch, sturdy, high-quality selections. Every vendor Tom referred me to was delighted to work with me and Tom, when I said Tom told me to call, every one of them lit up and moved me to the head of their lines. It was unbelievable. How? Because Tom treats his people well, including vendors he brings into a job. In fact, my neighbor told me that she was listening to the guys talking one day while I was out and the windows were open, and she said the contractor (Tom) was so respectful and nice in how he spoke with every worker. He respected our property and constantly asked for our input so there were no surprises. Sure, there were challenges as there are in any major home improvement project, but we were on speed dial from Tom at every step of the way, and every decision was clear to us and made with our input. He finished right on budget and earlier than he said. I still can't believe our luck to have had the pleasure of working with Tom and his All Star Custom Kitchens crew.

I had no personal referrals on kitchen contractors and, therefore, relied completely on what I researched online. I kept coming back to All Star Custom Kitchens. The reviews they received from their previous customers were amazing. I decided to take a leap of faith and contract with All Star Custom Kitchens and I am so glad I did! Tom and his crew did a wonderful job. They gave me a beautiful new kitchen that far exceeded my expectations. Tom delivered on everything he said he would...from the first meeting through to completion. The project went incredibly smooth. Communication was excellent. Crew was incredible to work with. Tom was always available and quick to respond throughout the project. There is nothing new I can say that has not already been said in all of the All Star Custom Kitchen reviews. If you are considering a kitchen remodel, I highly recommend you give Tom a call.

Tom responded to our initial inquiry for a kitchen remodel quote almost immediately when countless others didn't. After he visited our home, he quickly provided us a detailed floor plan for our review. After that, the contract and payment details he presented were very straightforward and easy to understand. He has a show room at his house complete with cabinet and hardware samples that were easy to choose from. Tom has his process down to a science and virtually everything he did was right on point with his eatimated timeline. Basically each week was a new step in the process (sometimes quicker than that). He went out of his way for us many, many times because there was a mutual respect and ease of working with one another. He and his guys were always on time, professional and very personable. They also ensured things were cleaned up very well at the end of each day. We now have brand new, custom-made Amish cabinets that will last forever. Also, thanks to Tom and the other contractors and businesses he works with, we have beautiful new granite countertops, appliances, fireplace and flooring. A note about that, you know you're working with the right contractor when those other businesses have nothing but great things to say about him. Tom and his guys also removed two walls to create an open concept for us. It was incredible how easily this was accomplished. All told, the whole remodel took about about six weeks total. If you're looking for truly professional kitchen work done seamlessly by people who know what they're doing, give Tom a call.

I cannot say enough good things about All Star Kitchens! Everything about our kitchen remodel experience has been a delight. Starting with our first meeting with the owner, Tom, the process progressed seamlessly. All Star Kitchens truly delivered on their promise of high quality cabinetry, superior workmanship, timely installation, courteous employees, and constant communication with the customer. We never felt like we were being left out of the loop. Tom was on the job every day and was always not more than a text or phone call away. His response time was always same-day, and most times within the hour. This was our first major renovation, and as such we were a little nervous going into it, especially after some of the home remodeling horror stories we had heard. I’m thrilled to say that our experience and final product with All Star has been far better than anything we could have expected. We love our new kitchen, and we highly recommend All Star Kitchens!

Could not have asked for a better team to complete our kitchen remodel. Top notch, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and clean. Tom is a really nice guy. He will take his time to explain the process and he cares about the quality of his renovations. He will not disappoint.

Tom and his team's work and attention to detail was outstanding. All the jobs came out perfect and his people were careful not to nick up hardwood floors, walls, doors during the remodeling process. Easy to work with, good design recommendations, completed on time, and reasonably priced for quality level. Highly recommend.

It was probably the worst time to kick off a work project, right at the height of the covid pandemic. Even through that, Tom and his guys were punctual, professional, and even fun to have around. We are glad that we hired him to do our project.

Tom and his team at All Star Custom Kitchens were outstanding! I can’t express how thrilled I am with my new kitchen and bath. I delayed my project for years, not knowing who to trust or how to proceed. Once I met Tom of All Star Custom Kitchens, I knew that I found a company that I could trust. Tom and his team proved that they were dependable by returning all calls promptly, being punctual and keeping me informed through every step of the remodeling process. He was very patient with my questions and ideas and gave me honest opinions as he guided me through the project. It's difficult to describe how pleased we are with our fully remodeled kitchen and the work of Tom and his crew. From our initial contact with All Star Custom Kitchens through the fine screw in the final switch plate, Tom was a joy to work with. We had sketched out some rough ideas of what we wanted to have done, and Tom was able to take these ideas and, after several consultations, turn them into a beautiful and much more functional kitchen that has transformed our home. For any service that Tom couldn't directly provide, he put us in touch with experts who were professional and excellent at their craft. I've heard from so many who complain about contractors and the many delays they face when completing a remodel--Tom set a timeline in the era of coronavirus at five weeks, which we thought was optimistic, but he and his crew were done five days short of that. Each member of his crew was courteous, helpful, kind, and patiently answered every question. I can't recommend All Star Custom Kitchens highly enough. You can begin and end your search for a kitchen contractor with Tom.

Even during a difficult time with work restrictions due to the Covid virus, Tom and his crew were efficient and kept to their word on schedules and completion of the project. After watching neighbors deal with remodel schedules taking months to complete, we were skeptical when Tom presented us with a new kitchen design and said the work would be completed in 4 weeks. He kept his word and the neighbors are in shock at the timing and quality of the work that was done. We are thrilled with the design he presented and our new 5' x 4' island with plenty of cabinet space. The crew was always informative and friendly advising us of decisions that would be needed and providing recommendations for countertops, etc. Do your homework to select appliances that work for you. Present your ideas to Tom and listen to his advice to make your final decisions. Have everything packed and ready for the start date of demolition. Th

We had been discussing and saving up for a major kitchen remodel for a while. I found All-Star Custom Kitchens' information on Angie's List and we met Tom Gogal, the owner, and saw some examples of his work at the Pittsburgh Home Show. Tom came to our home personally to take measurements and talk to us about what we wanted to do. The plans that Tom came up with were exactly what we were looking for. Tom and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. We had a rather extensive kitchen remodel which included removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room, removing and replacing the ceiling in the family room, kitchen, and dining room, running new wiring for a light fixture in the living room, and basically gutting our old kitchen and installing new custom Amish made cabinets and granite counter tops. In addition, they installed a new vanity, sink, and hardware in our half-bathroom, and painted it. Tom was on-site personally almost every day. The crew was on schedule or ahead of schedule the entire time. They left the area as clean as possible every day. Tom did an excellent job of communicating with us every day to keep us updated about what they were doing and how the job was progressing. The new kitchen is stunning. Everyone who has seen it in person or seen pictures of it are absolutely blown away by how beautiful it looks. Based on the pictures that we saw on Tom's website, our expectations for this job were very high, and all I can say is that Tom exceeded those expectations in every way.
