I was in your Ross Park Mall location last week shopping for prom with my son Justin. We have been having a very difficult time finding size 7 shoes for him. We had been out to your Robinson location, several Men’s Wearhouse stores and Johnson And Murphy with no luck. Your associate Kayla was attentive and kind and helped my son find some beautiful Oxford shoes that Justin was thrilled with! Kayla also recommended leather conditioner, a water proofer and a shoe shine sponge that we picked up as well after I explained to her that Justin was hard on his shoes. It was an extraordinary experience and I will shop with you guys again!

Shopping at Aldo in RossPark mall was made easy with Kayla! She’s always pleasant & professional. She pulled at least 10 pairs of shoes for me before I made my choice! And she always remembers her customers. Always a good experience when she is working!
