Everything went wrong. Consultants were never available, getting reimbursed was a challenge because the consultants were not available and picked the submissions apart, had to get many overrides from the company. Much process improvement is needed, CARTUS is much better.

The operating practices of this company is awful. I was forced to use their services due to my employer, and I seriously wish that was not the case. Communication from their end is terrible, and then they try to impose deadlines for you to submit paperwork for reimbursement. HOW can you impose such policies when your team/organization is incompetent at their job? I submitted the same document 3x to my policy advisor, just for her to come back asking for the same documents for a 4th time. I don't understand how you can do so disorganized when handling such a large sum of someone's financial life. I would highly recommend staying away from them if possible. In addition to this, the vendors they use overcharge by 20%. There were many other quotes I received that was willing to do the job for me, but unfortunately if I wanted direct bill then I had to use their vendors.. waste of time AND money. Terrible company, and even more so incompetent.

I'm kind of a monster. Just ask my Mom about how i scream at people over the phone when a company changes my rate, the robot answering machine sent me in a loop too long and now I'm mad, or anything else that I view as a slight to me. Point is I had an issue with one of the movers doing something i felt was a clear and obvious up charge that frankly is most likely to effect women who live alone. I behaved in a way I shouldn't of but Aires went and handled the movers and got them to admit the policy was stupid. Point is despite everything they listened and looked out for my interests. And i really appreciate that.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, ZERO STARS! If you are hired at a company who uses Aires as their reimbursement company, find somewhere else to work! I have been dealing with them since March (it's now September) with marginal success. Their representative sent me the wrong information for the relocation package (renter vs homeowner) and it took her 3 or 4 weeks to get me the right information. Once I finally relocated, got settled and submitted my justification documents, it has been over 2 months and I have still not been fully reimbursed. No one ever answers the phone or emails, and I had to get my leadership involved. After that, my Aires rep was responsive and apologetic, and there was some movement on my claim, but after that, crickets. I'm still out over $3K.

They are indifferent to clients' needs and dictatorial when it comes to their profits. When at the beginning they tell you to call with any questions don't believe them. They reach you only when they want, not when you need them. Lots of misunderstanding and miscommunication. Their online system of submitting expenses is very inconvenient for the clients and there is nobody to help. They don't correct their costly mistakes. When everything is done somebody will have a phone "review" with you, but it's just a formality - to let you vent your grievances. None of their mistakes (and there were many) will be corrected and they'll happily take from you thousands of dollars more than they should. That's what's it all about.

Aires is one shady company. Filing expenses is a nightmare as they repeat the same categories to file under which will cause you to be denied. They will not walk you through it either. Promised 10k relocation assistance, can't even get a call back or help with filing reimbursements. Verbally lied to multiple times. Emailing and calling is a joke, they sure do have a lot of out of office vacations every month since dealing with them.

Working with Aires relocation has been a nightmare. The initial consultation will start off feeling that they are really on your side helping with your relocation. That will end very fast. Phone calls will not be answered and if you are lucky, you will receive an email response within a month. Expense reports will be submitted and they will happily deny all of them, leaving you without any financial assistance halfway through the relocation process. You will get the "Oh, sorry was out of office" excuse many times. To summarize, this company is a complete scam.

Aires is an amazing company. Besides excellent customer service, data privacy and information security are at the heart of everything they do. Their IS&PIMS is ISO 27001/27701 certified.

This place is ridiculous to work for! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They fired me recently because I wasn’t “meeting their expectations “ meanwhile the training absolutely sucks and so does management and team leads! They do absolutely nothing to help you succeed! Zero stars for this place! It’s all about money money money!

If you want to make your life easy while relocating, don’t use them. Unfortunately my employer chose to work with them for my relocation. It was a nightmare and it’s not over yet

HORRIBLE SERVICE, we have been trying to get in contact with them for my family to move. Have called and emailed plenty of times. I am very disappointed in this company and it’s sad. I would only recommend this place if you want bad service.
