It is unbelievable this place is in business. Can't bother to show up for appointments. Would not trust an office that can't keep an appointment to have the attention to detail required to handle taxes. Very unresponsive. Believe the numerous bad reviews of this company.

I dropped off my relative's complicated tax returns during the covid-19 pandemic. The service received was courteous and overwhelming kind. If you're unable to complete your taxes on your own at home, then I highly recommend Adam's Associates for your tax returns and other accounting needs. Good people! They really understand and listen to your concerns.

We have used them for years and have always been very happy. Last year our tax preparer was out sick the day of our appointment and we ended up going to HR Block and payed three times as much and spent two hours trying to get them done. I will never go anywhere but Adams and Associates again.

I have been using Daryl for years- almost 20. He is fast accurate and tells you what you need to maximize your return or minimize losses. The items we forget about. You don't need the fluff ( that's their decor) you need the knowledge and you'll get it here!

Do not waste your time with Adam's & Associates because the owner will not waste his time to discuss their customer's concerns regarding their service. They do not return customers calls or keep customers informed about their return should there be an issues. Adam's & Associates had an issue efiling my return so instead of letting us know, they just sat on the return paperwork for 6 weeks until I called. I just happened to call TODAY with concerns letting them know had not receiving my refund (it probably would have been long if I hadn't call them back on one of their many non-returned calls) To my surprise I found out on the call today that they had an issue when trying to e-file my return, 6 weeks ago. They informed today that is "my responsibility" to file. When were they going to let me know?? I just hope I not to late.

Last year whomever did my taxes reported a totally different amount than was on my W2 and I now owe the IRS a few thousand dollars. When I asked them for help, all they said was they would refund me for last year. And that was through a secretary, not even the accountant called and apologized. It took me 3 other people to explain all they had to do was submit and amendment. The worst service, and absolutely no care for who they do taxes for. Just numbers, wrong ones at that. Didn't even offer to redo my taxes from last year and offer to do them this year for free. Never again.

We originally went to Adams and Associates in 2010 because of the new homeowners tax credit. They got us back $1000 more than if i did it myself. I figured that would be worth going to them every year. Last year, the one who did our taxes, messed up slightly on our tax return by not entering in our mortgage interest statement (form 1098) and my student loan interest (form 1098-E), which would have gotten us back more money. That was the only time I ever had an issue with them so I will give them another chance. My recommendation is just to check that they put in everything before you leave. That was my mistake last year... Trusting that it was all done without really looking.
