This should be a ten star review. I had an urgent home maintenance issue that was stretching my rather limited skills and dexterity, as well as my patience, to the breaking point. Steve and Govind provided detailed coaching and encouragement over the course of several visits, which not only saved me hundreds over calling someone in, but totally changed my confidence around this stuff going forward. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service in any kind of business before.

I just want to start off by saying that I've used this hardware my whole life I'm 57 years old now today is the last time I'll ever walk in there or spend a penny in the store they put a new head on my weed wacker not even a year ago and my wife talking about to put the original one back on because the plastic blades they put on were no good junk they just broke.an they proceeded to tell me that it did not go to that weed wacker meanwhile I was in the bag they put it in so I will never ever use that store again there I don't even know what to say

Just tried to return an item here. They looked at me like I was crazy. They conveniently pick and choose what can be returned. Go to a big hardware store for your purchases so that you can return if you need to.

I drove over an hour to get pads for stripping a floor, this Ace Hardware was the only place that had them in stock. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a very nice young man named, Ethan. He immediately helped me find what I was looking for, was polite and very kind! Everyone in the store was amazing, it's been a long time since I've walked into a store and felt comfortable, everyone was smiling! Thank You Ethan, for being so helpful and gracious! You made that 1hr trip so worth it! Great Customer Service Ace Harware!

I came in for some acrylic sheets that I needed cut, and was given exceptional service throughout the whole process. Can't recommend this store enough! My girlfriend and I will be doing all of our hardware shopping here from now on.

The girl your counter has a severe attitude problem first I come in there for keys and then I asked for the price and then she just whales my key across the room and hits the hits the wall with my keys I don't appreciate your attitude and and her attitude and you know you need something needs to be done about that

We went to purchase an extension ladder that we found was in stock via the internet. Service was great. Friendly staff plus we needed ladder delivered. Arrived in less than 2 hours. Definitely will use this store for other items.

Great hardware store, attentive staff who is knowledgeable about what you need. Prices are good too. Hands down better than big box stores with a convenient location. Parking can be a bit tricky. But worth it.
