Hi all,I want to take a moment to thank Nate for all this help and being the sweetest guy that he is. I ran into a laptop issue and needed the data urgently so Nate acknowledged it and made an immediate arrangement for me. I think he is technically very sound and goes his way out to help you. I am really happy about my association with above and Beyond Computers, the name lives up to the expectations.

I was getting pop up "alerts" of viruses on my computer. Wasn't real concerned knowing I have their protection service. They calmed my fears and assured me I was fine. Then. Offered to show me how to stop those ads.Very happy with Above & Beyond!

Nate was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable, walked me through what he was going to do and he gave me options for long and short term care of our computer, sprinkled here and there with the reality of owning an older machine. We'll definitely be back and work with him again when we're ready to upgrade. He also was able to help us on the spot which was a great help. It was a relaxing experience.

Our older laptop is getting on in years and we needed a new battery installed. I went to Nate at Above & Beyond mostly for the location, partly for the other reviews on Google. He was great help and was able to work on it right then and there. He was knowledgeable and honest and gave us a healthy dose of reality. He made several recommendations to get our system running better. We'll definitely be back for upgrading when the time comes. On a side note, I'm not sure the hours are correctly listed on Yelp. As far as I know, it's just Monday and Friday that he's open.

Nate is the best. I was told by others that I should purchase a new laptop, Nate fixed it within minutes. He is a master at his craft. I highly recommend Nate and Above and Beyond Computers.

Nate has been professional and super friendly. Even just spending a few minutes talking to him, his experience really shines through.I brought in a Dell xps, which I have since learned tend to ave a 5 year life cycle, and Nate was upfront telling that they tend to develope quirks that often can't be repaired. The symptoms I brought it in for were unable to be reproduced, but nate cleaned it and gave me his best guess after several days trying to diagnosis it and sent me off free of charge.The next time I need repairs or end up in the market for a new computer, Above and Beyond Computers will be my first choice.

Nate is a computer genius. My 6 month old laptop was stuck in an update loop. I talked to Nate for half an hour and he explained to us what we needed to do. I felt bad that I couldn't pay him for all the information. 1 day later and an investment of 10 bucks and my laptop was running fine again. If you are buying a computer or need one repaired go here first.

I needed my laptop battery replaced and the service was amazingly fast! I just walked in and he did it in about two seconds. I will be returning for sure if we need any other computer services!! Very reasonable price and friendly service.

Nate was very helpful with diagnosing and fixing an issue in under an hour that Best Buy stated would cost multiple hundred dollars and take at least 2 weeks. He was personable and professional. Overall great experience.

Very knowledgeable. He spent a couple minutes poking around on my laptop and recommended I replace the disk drive. He showed me which drive to buy on Amazon and the appropriate caddy for it. When the stuff arrived, I did as he instructed and my laptop is working again. Highly recommend this place!

Terrible experience. Could not complete work by promised date. The Computer that was sold to me for over 900.00 was unable to open any of my transferred files. When I called for support all of sudden the tech was screen sharing without me downloading or agreeing to any terms or conditions. The tech stated "they can only screen share when you are on the phone with them." Some type of software must be installed for this screen sharing to take place. Since the computer could not be running satisfactorily with in the promised time frame I was refunded my money. I then looked at my receipt. Much to my surprise the receipt said Lenovo tiny(off lease) windows 10, 6th gen intel i5 processor 8 GB ram. I was never informed anything about this "off lease", and all the specs being outdated. I feel I was sold used and outdated equipment. I was lucky to have my money refunded. I received a brand new computer with the most updated specs within a few days of ordering, faster than above and beyond computers did anything. Buyer be ware!

The great customer reviews led me to sign up with Nate and his firm. I own a small business and unfortunately without any trustworthy advice purchased a dell laptop that was inadequate to handle my businesses’ file and app volume. Nate has not only provided the servicing needed but more importantly the education to understand why the existing hardware and software is inappropriate for my needs. Nate invested many hours solving an issue that was caused by onedrive. His persistence in solving it and helpful suggestions have been invaluable. I plan to work with Nate to set up a new more robust and secure system for my needs.

Knowledgeable and honest. I have a 15-year-old Fujitsu laptop that was acting up. Nate took it and ran some diagnostics on it and told me nothing was wrong, no charge. I truly appreciated his honesty because he could have easily told me it was shot and sold me repair services or a new computer! I'd highly recommend him!
